“I sent a client to the broker for a bond they could not get due to credit. At one point, I forwarded the questions needed to our client who then forwarded the answers directly to your employee. At that point, we were removed from the process. However, we still controlled the bond, but we did not know how questions were being answered. This was very frustrating. We should have been copied on all correspondence with our client or our client should have been advised to communicate directly with us as the agent.”
