I have ordered a lot of stuff from UnSportsNutrition but i never get any order confirmation emails even though i am told it has sent one and it never does. So i don't have that there to remind me to check my order, which results in me forgetting all about it. Also my packages frequently come damaged. My latest one came with the protein bar box squashed. Some were damaged but i salvaged most of them. This regularly happens. I would appreciate it if you could fix this. You have my correct email so i don't see why you don't send me order confirmation emails. The only reason i continue to order from you is because the order comes lightening fast. Hence the two stars and not zero.

Good Afternoon, I had heard good things about UnNutrition so I had a look at your website and was pleasantly surprised with the standard of your website and the variety of products. I also thought you were good value and proceeded to order a 1kg tub of Meridian Peanut Butter and made use of your €5.00 welcome offer which was appreciated. I got a courteous call from a member of staff later that day to say that unfortunately you were out of stock but that you could send me 3 small jars (280g in each) of the same peanut butter. I said that I was unhappy that I'd be getting less than I had paid for, I ordered a 1kg tub and I would only receive a 840g of peanut butter. I suggested sending 4 280g jars but the gentleman advised it was the last 3 jars you had in stock. I agreed to the three jars instead of the 1kg but requested that something else be offered to make up the difference in weight, he kindly advised he would see what he could do. I received my package today with 3 jars of peanut butter within. I then checked the price of the 280g jars in Tesco and they charge €2.95, the total price for the three jars would therefore be €8.85, which is slightly less than the €10 I paid. To be honest, the money is irrelevant but it was just another problem with my order. I've never really sent an email like this and as I said I'm more than happy with the website, the delivery service provided and the call from your member of staff all of which were appreciated but the customer service wasn't up to scratch. Ther courier company you use is very poor. Waiting 11 hours. Delivery arrived at 7 pm . I had to call company 3 times to find out what was going on. Buying products online which such a bad courier makes me questions should I order online again

i recieved mint choc whey protein - as i ordered choc and hate mint with a passion I will re-think my next distributer. a simple order was not happy with the careless shipping

Have been using these guys for over a year now as they can't be beat on price and deliver promptly. I also love their points rewards system. The only problem is that this time the delivery company that they use, DPD, really messed up with my delivery as they didn't call when outside like I had asked - I even left a sign on my front door telling them to call and gave my number as our bell is broken. When I called them after my "missed" delivery they were very unhelpful and acted as if there was nothing they could do. As I knew I wasn't going to be in the house during the daytime for quite some time I had to pay them £12 to deliver the next day early in the morning. I emailed them trying to raise this issue but they simply did not reply. Whilst I can't fault UN, I would consider not using them again just to avoid DPD.

Didnt get sent confirmation email and tub was broken when delivered and powder was scattered all over the bottom of the box. Overall a rather poor service.
