“Terrible customer service and company doesn't take accountability for its mistakes. Initiated withdrawal from a connected bank and transaction was denied and account was prevented from withdrawals. Additionally, tried to initiate a payment from my US Bank credit card account and transaction was denied as well, resulting in a returned payment fee that was not reimbursed by Uphold”
