“In October 2023, my cryptocurrency holdings were sold by Uphold without my consent. I had been using Uphold as a platform for long-term investment in XRP, having been a verified user since December 22, 2018. My account maintained a balance well above the minimum requirement of $1, and my strategy was to hold for capital gains over time, which had not yet been realized. Despite the sale, my account remains active, receiving airdrops as recently as February 2024. The question remains: why did Uphold choose to liquidate my investment at an arbitrary time, just before the anticipated 2024 bull run? While the motive is unclear, this event raises concerns about the platform’s practices and its treatment of long-term users. If you or anyone you know is new to cryptocurrency and considering investing through a U.S. regulatory-compliant exchange, I highly recommend exploring other options. Be cautious, as platforms can sometimes act in ways that undermine trust. I have $140,000 locked up by these scammers. Despite my efforts, they refuse to respond to support tickets or social media inquiries. My ticket number is 5243266, and yet, there has been no reply or resolution. They are not allowing me to withdraw my funds or transfer them to another blockchain. This company is a scam, and I urge everyone to stay far away from this app. They only take your money and offer no support.”

“Where do I start? Exorbitant fees? ✅ Scary bad customer service outsourced that leaves you in suspense for hours or days with thousands of dollars hanging out in the ether? ✅ Horrible interface? ✅ Site goes down under high volume, just when you need it the most? ✅ Miles of hurdles to jump in order to verify? ✅ Literally everything about this site is just awful. Despite multiple attempts to reach their support team, I was met with complete silence and no assistance. As a result, I had no choice but to escalate the matter.
