And if u buy something and it don't work they won't do anything for u. And if u buy a vape from this place good luck with that cuz 9 times out of 10 they are out of stock on what u need to operate. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. What you think matters to us. We are experiencing some stock issues, which is an industry problem more than anything. We are having trouble finding certain items. The vape industry is not doing too well right now, and many companies and brands are merging or going out of business; there are many things that we are working hard to find, and distributors are just sold out. We do recognize this issue is happening, and we apologize for any inconvenience. I assure you we are working towards faster restocks when possible, but many times, it's out of our hands. As far as our current employees, some are in training now; I'm sorry that some of our brand-new employees are not yet up to your standards. We have had great employees over the years; those are some big shoes for new employees to fill immediately.
The comment regarding us not helping with product issues is simply not true. We go above and beyond in helping to the best of our ability more than most other shops would 100%.
