“It’s ok. My bad for not reading the serving size and assuming a universal standard one scoop, instead two scoops gives you 5-8g more protein than pretty much all other brands give you with one scoop. Mixed ok, but does require vigorous shaking or blending to avoid lumps. TBH wouldn’t buy again.”

“I’m new to Whey protein and new to supplements in general. Doing my research Uprotein was rated the number 1 according to the site I used. The vanilla custard flavour is excellent and it readily mixes in milk. I’m 58 years old, surf and train 3-4 times per week so I’m hoping this post supplement will assist my progress. “It’s been a week since I’ve been using the Whey Protein Isolate premium + XHL Double Choc. U can feel the difference in my energy levels. The protein absorption is great.
