“It was great packaging and I didn’t feel bloated after drinking, however big bag on 50 servings need 2 scoops to make a single serve and if they could fix this it would be better than rule 1 however you get 50 serves for 100 you get 76 servings and smaller scoop size of rule 1 for 180 it a hard choice still”

Hi Jake, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Comparing quantity of serves unfortunately does not give an equal comparison between proteins brands/types. We'll try and add a bit of context here to explain. The best measurement is always Per 100g. This will give you an apple vs apple comparison. Different brands have different recommended serving sizes, and in the Rule 1 Whey/Hydro Comparison from our understanding they state a 30.4g serve for their Chocolate Flavour. Uprotein Whey Isolate is a 40g recommended serve. Its worth noting scoops are simply a helpful tool to help you move the powder from the container to your shaker, and not really something you should rely on when comparing. Rule 1 is a USA brand therefore their nutrition tables can be harder to work out, however we have the details below. Per 100g of Powder Rule 1 "Protein" - Chocolate = 82.23% Uprotein Whey Isolate Premium "Protein" - Chocolate = 84.1% Rule 1 "Carbohydrates" - Chocolate = 6.6% Uprotein Whey Isolate Premium "Carbohydrates" - Chocolate = 3.5% Rule 1 "Fat" - Chocolate = 1.64% Uprotein Whey Isolate Premium "Protein" - Chocolate = 1.9% Based on your recent purchase of 4kg of Uprotein Whey Isolate, you paid $96.98 for 50 serves ( 50 x 40g serve = 2kg) or 0.0485c per 1 gram of powder. ( so ~5c ) Based on your example above you paid $180 for Rule 1 for 76 serves ( 76 x 30.4g serve = 2.3kg) or 0.0782c per 1 gram of powder ( so ~8c). Top Conclusion based on your example * Uprotein Whey Premium Isolate Choc is 38% cheaper vs Rule 1. (0.048c vs 0.078c per 1 gram) * Uprotein Whey Premium Isolate Choc has higher protein content per 100g (84.1% vs 82.2%) * Uprotein Whey Premium Isolate Choc has 47% less carbohydrates (3.5% vs 6.6%) We hope this quick analysis provides some additional insight when comparing protein powders.
