I just wanted to give a really great review to the delivery driver who gas dropped off parcels to SW12 the last few days, Sadly I don’t know his name. He has dropped off parcels twice in the last few days is so cheery and friendly. Please feed back that it’s appreciated. Thank you.

Cant believe I am reading some negative comments on here for bad service. I can honestly say Leeds dep have gone way beyond to help me get my parcel today. 5 star all day long from me. Which at the end of the day was my fault for having the wrong delivery address. When they are companies out there which you just cant get passed auto telephone services you have to be one of the best. Thank you so much

I had a delivery last week and the woman came in pouring rain and offered to help me with the 57 lbs of dog food. Her name was Maria. I did have a bad experience today but they sent another driver and all was good. Hopefully they keep the drivers that do their job with a good attitude!

Good company but if you miss a delivery 3 times. You try to ring up to re arrange a different option it takes ages to get through and then the person at the customer service end can't understand you properly.

I used UPS through interparcel.com and thought they were amazing. My parcels were collected 12 hours after the booking by the delivery driver who was very smart looking in sharp uniform - first impressions count. Delivery to France took 48 hours and cost me half the proposed cost with Parcelforce. I will definitely use both interparcel and UPS again.
