Paid for a shipment on their website, was charged the amount stated and dropped package off to drop off location, item collected and delivered. Fast forward 2 days, checked my bank account and they'd taken an additional £26 off me without my authorisation or knowledge. Contacted bank, reported it as fraudulent, they cancelled my card and are refunding the money and investigating it. Don't trust this company, it's a disgrace they'll just take more money off your card without telling you, which could knock you overdrawn and cause you bank fees. Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour from such a huge company. 🤬🤬🤬

The delivery was set for one day, I paid import tax, no parcel arrived, next day nothing, second day still nothing, where is may parcel?

UPS + Useless - twice package out for delivery - twice tracked as unconfirmed address even though the address details are correct and I contacted them to confirm after the first failure to deliver now have to go through the painful process again and the tracking says customer requested address change which is not true I requested it to be sent to the address given originally - still waiting

I've wasted seven whole days this week waiting for UPS to deliver according to the tracking info they gave me. I've spent literally hours on the phone and email trying to resolve a delivery problem UPS are maintaining. First it was Thursday, then it changed to Friday, then back to Thursday, then Friday morning. Friday morning came and went, then it was 'by end of day'. I waited until 17:45 - the whole day - and then the tracking changed to Monday. Monday came, and the tracking said 09:30 to 12:30 then changed to 08:50 to 10:50. Then, by the afternoon, changed to 'by end of day'. Until finally 'delivery attempted at 13:36'. No-one had come to the front door and I've reviewed my CCTV footage. The most obstructive company I have ever dealt with. And the local depot in Glasgow clearly do not care about people at all.

Delivery of urgent medical supplies were due on Monday the 9th December, waited all day -no show ..daughter phones for update delivery and was not given one until she called on Wednesday night and Thursday morning..no apology and no empathy ..THIS DELIVERY WAS URGENT MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FROM MEDTRONIC ..it arrived this morning after 4 days ..AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I would give it zero stars if I could. Worst delivery service ever . No information when you contact them. I couldn't understand what they were saying at times . Over the phone information is different than when you email them . Most disorganised delivery service ever I would have been quicker flying over and getting the product myself. Better off buying local !!

Parcel was meant to be here Friday, no one can tell me when it’s going to be shipped out. Spoke to the managers twice, the depot aren’t interested and hang up when you eventually get through to them, what a useless company

Trying to track a delivery that should have happened two days ago, and then to change the date. Sent from pillar to post on the website. I like to think I have a decent level of intelligence but I found the site virtually impenetrable. There is a £400 guitar out there somewhere and I am genuinely concerned that it may not arrive, or might be stolen if left outside when I am not home.

In France, UPS has the worst reputation and offers one of the poorest services imaginable. Parcels are not being delivered as promised, and the customer service is appalling—agents even hang up on customers. For a simple parcel, I had to call 6-7 times because the updates on the website were incorrect, which is a complete joke. This sentiment is shared by everyone I know. UPS is consistently the worst, and we avoid using it whenever possible. It has never provided good service, and their customer support is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered.

For years in the Hermes (now Evri) were, in my opinion, the worst delivery company in the country. I would say that UPS have now usurped them. Here's why: I placed an online order with a company called Rugvista on 29th November. Delivery was supposed to be made within 1-5 working days. On Weds 4th Dec I received an email from UPS stating my item would be delivered by end of the day. However there seemed to some sort of delay at customs at Stanford Le Hope so the delivery did not happen. I received another email on Thurs 5th Dec stating the item was "on it's way" from Northampton. I live in Peterborough. I took a second day off work waiting for the parcel to arrive. The website did not show any updates and the item still has not arrived. By Friday 6th Dec, the UPS website still shows the item as "on it's way" from Northampton and had not updated since Thursday morning. I could not afford to miss a 4th day off work waiting for the item to arrive and sign for it so I called UPS customer service on 0345 787 7877. A little tip, when it comes to the spoken options say "speak to someone" and you will eventually get through to an actual person. That being said, the customer service person I spoke to was completely ineffectual and useless. After explaining to her the emails I had received and lack of tracking updates on the website after looking into it all she did was confirm to me the exact details I had given her. A scant explanation was given that "this is the busy period" hence the delays. But, in my opinion, all delivery companies should know this is the beginning of the busy period of the year and do whatever they can to minimise delays like this from happening. Also, apparently the emails are part of an automated system. She did offer me the option of going to the Northampton depot and collecting the item myself (so, instead of the DELIVERY COMPANY doing their job and delivering my item on time they give me the option of collecting it from them). The customer service person did take down my number and said they would contact the depot and have someone call me before end of business. Obviously that call didn't happen. I was also told just to keep checking the website for updates and if it hasn't updated over the weekend, to call them back so they can look into it again. Saturday morning I wake up and check the website to see it has finally updated and the item is "out for delivery" and should arrive between 2pm - 6pm. As it was 11am I thought I had plenty of time to head down to my local garage to pick up my motorcycle that had been in for repairs. Halfway through my journey I get an alert from the cctv camera home that UPS have arrived!!! So after days of delays on an item that needs to be signed for they give me a time window and then arrive early. Fortunately I had a friend staying over who was able to accept and sign for it. I will NEVER use UPS for anything. And if any company I order things from online use UPS I shall contact the company directly to arrange for a different delivery company to be used or go and find the item elsewhere from someone that does not use UPS. They are terrible at their job and their customer service is criminally bad.

The parcel departed Germany on November 21st, and as of today, December 5th, we still have not received it. Despite the shipper filing an official complaint three days ago, there has been no update. The tracking site stated that the parcel had "departed", but still in the air! After contacting their executives and, most importantly, CC'ing journalists, an investigation was finally initiated. The customer service has been utterly non-existent. This level of incompetence is unprecedented for a "service" company. As a result, our operations are completely stalled due to missing parts.

Shipment delays is a repetitive occurrence with this company. We have escalated this multiple times but never ever they take an effort to resolve the issue. They just keep on pushing the shipment to the next day stating that the business was closed. We are open 7 days a week. Worst service ever.

Very dissapointed with the UPS delivery service. -There customer service is laughable, the person on the phone could barely speak the language. He was unable to note down the tracking number, even though i communicated it very clearly. -They lie about their deliveries failing, claiming they were unable to deliver because there was no one at home. Yet there was and even the camera showed they never came near the delivery adress. Worst experience ever, never recommend this company for anything other than employing mentally challenged people, which i respect, but at least have some oversight.

I want to leave an extremely outraged review about your company. Due to your negligence, a person almost lost their life. My brother has diabetes, and Medtronic sent diabetic equipment through UPS. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday, and we waited for the courier at home all day. However, for some reason, the delivery was postponed to the next day. That night, my brother’s condition became critical: first, his blood sugar dropped dangerously low, and then it spiked sharply. The following day, we waited for the courier again all day, but instead of delivering the package to our home, he left a notice saying we were not at home and sent the package to a pickup point. The delivery required a signature, and it was supposed to be made directly to our door, as my brother was feeling unwell and could not go to pick up the package himself. In the end, despite his poor health, he had to go to the pickup point. This is not the first time your courier has behaved this way: previously, he also left a notice claiming we were not home, even though we were , but nobody сame. I strongly urge you to pay attention to the quality of your couriers' work. This situation has not only happened to me but also to my neighbors. Apparently, UPS often redirects packages to pickup points because couriers are too lazy to deliver them to the door. We are overpaying for door-to-door delivery, but this service is not being provided. I am deeply disappointed with your service and categorically do not recommend UPS in the Netherlands. If this kind of customer service exists in one country, it is likely a general practice of your company.

Damaged an expensive parcel - entirely their fault and voided my claim after 5 months of delay after lots of false promises. Terrible service and communication.
