I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I have been waiting on my new iPhone that I need to sign for. I did not leave the house the day it was supposed to come. Never heard a knock or my doorbell. Apparently I missed the delivery, but there was no note left. They say they will come back the next day, same exact situation happens. UPS does nothing to help customers who weren't even left a note. I checked all of my neighbor's houses to see if they made a mistake, but I found nothing. There is nothing I could do, and then they sent the package back so I had to reorder it. Still waiting on it.

They lost my package worth $1200 in Calgary. I am the receiver and the shipper is in China. UPS refuses to talk to me for a refund, saying they'll only talk to the shipper. The shipper isn't helping, but I should be about to take over the lost package process as the receiver. I am going to take it to small claims court for the entire damages, but I shouldn't have to go through the trouble. Terrible company, choose DHL instead

A delivery was attempted a couple of times that required my signature. I wasn’t there as I have a job and work and they always attempted the delivery while I and most people work (whatever - that’s not the complaint). I called UPS to see if they can just hold the package for me. They said yes for $7.99 they will hold the package for me for one extra week and I can pick it up at my local store which they provided the address for. I called them on September 13th, 2025 and they said starting Monday, September 15th, 2025 they will hold the package one (1) week until Monday, September 22nd, 2025 to pick up the items. They sent me a link to pay and I paid. I go today, September 19th, 2025 to pick up the items I was under the impression that they would be holding for me and the person I spoke to at the counter said the item was returned to sender 3 days ago. Now if I didn’t pay extra money for this service, that would be understandable. However, I paid so wtf? I have the exact details written down on my notes that’s dated and time stamped that says this. To make matters worse and what really led me to write this review is I called UPS to get a refund for the 7.99 for this service that they failed to provide and after dealing with the dreaded automated system that every customer has to find a way to bypass to speak to a human, I finally get “connected” to a human but wait there’s more… I wasn’t exactly connected with a human because there’s a 40 minute wait. So here I am sitting on hold for 40 minutes (at least) hoping that when someone one’s pick up, the line doesn’t get mysteriously disconnected before I can even say one word (seems to always be my luck) all because UPS dropped the ball for this extra service I paid for. Thanks UPS. Got through to someone only for my call to be rerouted to wait another 45 min.

Worst UPS UK Experience Paid £10 for next-day delivery (12 Sept, 2025) but only got my parcel on 17 Sept after collecting it myself physically from Kentish Town UPS Distribution Centre. Web Tracking updates were full of lies (“receiver not available” while I was home, then “incomplete address” the next day). Outsourced CRM in India are helpless, and a UK staff member even yelled at me and hung up when I requested the delivery driver call or text me if there was confusion since this was a £1000+ Microsoft laptop, but was told the driver “won’t call or text because he has 150 parcels.” Unbelievable. The experience left me burnt out, stressed that u don’t hesitate to use the words, “What a shame in the name of good delivery service !” Well as many users have shared similar experiences, I am not surprised to see overall TrustPilot rating of 3.2, In fact it still is more for the worst service and rude customer service they have mastered. And it is evident that they don’t listen and intend to improve their services.

Unfortunately, I've been fairly frustrated with my experiences this year with UPS. Some areas of concern include: Late pickups, incredibly dense and poorly responsive phone system, and carelessness with fragile packages. What's prompting the review today: UPS has a lot of undisclosed/after the fact surcharges (in the category of "adjustments"). They only show up after packages have already been shipped, and don't seem to match the stated rates provided with my account online. One of these "adjustment" bills showed up in my email for $51, and I looked at it. Then the bill for the actual shipment came through, which I paid, and when I went to look at other invoices, but the "adjustment" invoice was no longer there. I assumed that it had been included in the full bill. Subsequently, about a week or so later, I got a notice saying the $51 payment was now "late". So I logged in, found that the invoice was now visible, and paid it. Subsequently I got yet another bill for $5.15 as a late fee, with an extra 10 cent "processing" fee. I was annoyed enough at this point that I reached out to UPS customer service to get the additional charge reversed, and they are refusing to do so. I figured, enough negative reviews and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau might disincentivize the unethical practices, so I'm working on that now!

I can't understand how two items shipped to the same address the same time and date ends up with only one getting delivered and the other still missing a week after when I used priority flat rate making. I'm beyond disappointed and hurt, no confidence whatsoever in the USPS, such a shame and worst part is they don't even take responsibility with a refund

What a bunch of incompetent people, first the girl at the store I sent from didn't put the apartment number on it, when I realized it I called and was given another number to call, I spoke with 3 different people, I could barely understand any of them, how about get people in America to take your calls ? The first one told me the apartment number was corrected and someone would be calling to confirm, hours later no call, I called again spoke with someone who didn't even know what I was talking about, he handed me off to another man who said yes I have corrected it and you will receive it Monday as planned, Monday rolls around and nothing, when I called the facility it is at had a power outage and it won't be delivered until Tuesday, it was an important document that was needed Monday, well guess what here it is Wednesday and now they are saying there is no apartment number on it, complete incompetence. I will tell everyone I know to not use UPS !!!! I would like to give them zero stars

Honestly. The worst company experience I’ve ever had. International package never delivered. Daily outright lies about when package would deliver. Customer service experience the worst. I cannot stress enough, if you’re reading this, do not, I repeat, do not send your package international with UPS. They deserve -5. I wil never use UPS again, for anything.

A package was supposedly delivered yesterday. I look no package I call and jump through hoops to talk to a human. The human tells me to call Amazon. Amazon told me UPS scanned it incorrectly showing it was delivered. I called UPS again today They told me that it was delivered to a different address. Hmmm, guess what NO IT WAS NOT!!!! UPS has gone down hill. I am beyond angy.

0 stars, if I could. I had to ship a package through Vinted, selecting home pickup. The time slot given was extremely vague (8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.), but despite that I waited patiently at home all day. At 3:50 p.m. the courier rang the buzzer: by the time I answered “I’m coming” and rushed downstairs, he had already left! He didn’t even look toward the entrance: I literally saw him speeding away in the van while I was left holding the package in my hands. I contacted customer service. After 10 minutes on hold and several menu selections, I had to repeat my address and phone number multiple times. I was told that “this is UPS policy, couriers do not wait” and that rescheduling would be at my expense — and not even directly through them, but only via the Vinted app. When I asked to leave negative feedback, the operator (polite but unhelpful) showed no interest whatsoever and simply told me it wasn’t his responsibility, suggesting I could leave feedback on the website. Customer service turned out to be both confusing and uninformed: first they directed me to UPS points in Lecce (!!) even though my address clearly stated Monza; then they suggested Buccinasco, and only after several corrections finally gave me a location in Monza… which turned out to be permanently closed, even though it was still listed on the UPS website and recommended by their call center. I discovered this only by physically going there, wasting my time. The same thing happened with a second UPS point (a tobacconist), whose opening hours were not updated. Only on the third attempt, thanks to the availability of another tobacconist, was I able to finally ship my package — and certainly not thanks to UPS. The final insult: the buyer received a delivery notification, but not the package. Even worse, the website’s “proof of delivery” stated: “Signature required”… although no one ever signed anything. In summary: If I had known that UPS couriers don’t even wait long enough for you to walk down a flight of stairs (as confirmed to me by their customer service as “UPS policy”), I would have immediately chosen delivery to a UPS Access Point instead. Customer service is absolutely not client-oriented and shows no problem-solving ability. Civil and constructive complaints are not welcomed. The UPS Access Points listed online and provided by customer service are not updated. Overall, a frustrating and misleading experience, at the expense of the customer.

UPS service in my area has degraded significantly. Packages are delivered to the UPS terminal in Newport, Oregon, and often are not loaded into the delivery vans for 2-3 days! Delivery times are now much longer, obviously. UPS, DO BETTER! PUT THE CUSTOMER BACK INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
