“Diego at the UPS STORE in Fontana is fantastic. He always takes care of me and four months in a row. I’ve gotten my package in Las Vegas before 8 AM and when I was using FedEx every other time it would be a day late or not come down and I’d have to come pick it up. . So you guys get a five star waiting for me because you kick ass and you mop the floor with FedEx. I don’t mind paying $145 to get it the next day when it arrives on time and with UPS for four months straight it’s right half hour early you guys rock UPS! Diego was also my notary a couple of times when I lived in Fontana and so I had my friend take my package to him to mail to me here in Las Vegas because I was still getting my medication from California. Today was my last delivery as I have moved to Las Vegas permanently, but I wanted to give a shout out to Diego at the UPS STORE on Summit in Fontana cause he really is a great guy and was always super professional and helpful. And much love to everyone atUPS!”

“My zip code is 33316 which is ft Lauderdale Florida. My Ups guy busts his ass every single day and finishes late every single day but still manages to deliver at the same time +/- 30min. If America had workers as good as this guy all over wed never have to worry about produtivity! This guy has been on this route for over a decade and go go goes like hes a youngin but hes around 50! He is the perfect example of a bust ass and succeed in America story PERIOD! Thanks UPS!”

“My husband and I had to get an important package shipped out with a time limit. We went to the UPS store on 9th St in Oshkosh, WI. Haleigh helped us and she did an excellent job packaging this item! There was specific instructions and details and again she did a really good job! Thank you again Haleigh!”

“My local USP store is AMAZING! Store 7568 in Prosper, TX is efficient, focused on customer service and always kind, positive and patient! I work with a small business nearby and every time I have to drop off a bunch of packages, I'm so impressed with the staff. Special shout out to Theresa Mendoza who is works fast and efficiently, is a leader within her co-workers and has a heart of gold for customers. ***** for Store 7568!”

“Was returning a package that weighed about 75-80 pounds. I returned it to UPS 10945 State Bridge Road Suite 401. I did not have a dolly or cart; RAJ, an employee, was kind enough to walk with me to my vehicle and help me carry it in. It was also 95 degrees outside. He was very nice and did not complain about helping me and he did it with a smile on his face. Thank you RAJ”

“Just want to thank Cody our driver for Barrett rd, Ferndale, Wa. He is always on top of everything. Comes on time and packages are in good order. Recently he went above and beyond by letting us know we had an intruder behind the office. With his letting us know & quick actions from the police we were safe. He is definitely top driver! “I want to leave a heartfelt thank you for John, the UPS driver in charge of deliveries to One Columbus Place. He went far above and beyond to help me with a missing package and gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. John stayed at my building for over 30 extra minutes, making calls to the main office, speaking with multiple people, and tracking the package across different locations—just to try to help me locate it. His dedication, patience, and kindness were truly exceptional. He mentioned he wasn’t allowed to give me his last name, but I sincerely hope UPS knows who he is and recognizes what an outstanding employee they have. He turned a stressful situation into a reminder that there are still people who genuinely care. Thank you so much, John!”

“William at UPS, Highland, Clearwater was super helpful when I needed passport photos. My previous passport photo submissions had been rejected and I was in a panic and completely mystified as to what possibly could be wrong. William quickly deduced the likely problem and came up with a sensible solution. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout the process and I was likely very anxious and his calm demeanor was greatly appreciated. UPS is lucky to have an associate as knowledgeable and caring as William. Highly recommend UPS Highland for passport photos.”

“Ethen provided exceptional service at my local UPS store Number 5932 at 5892 Lucy Road Suite 132. When returning an item to Amazon I accidentally selected whole Foods market, which made my QR code difficult to scan at the register. At this point, Epton and provided step-by-step directions on how to edit QR code on my phone.. with his assistance, I was able to retrieve the correct QR code for UPS location that made my day. I did not have to make a second trip home then back to the UPS store. Thank you, Ethan.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“William at my UPS store in Berlin Ct is excellent . He helps me all the time. He explains how my return will work. If I have filled out a form incorrectly he shows me the correct way. I have never had an issue when I have returned items with his assistance. He’s a gem.”
