Ethen provided exceptional service at my local UPS store Number 5932 at 5892 Lucy Road Suite 132. When returning an item to Amazon I accidentally selected whole Foods market, which made my QR code difficult to scan at the register. At this point, Epton and provided step-by-step directions on how to edit QR code on my phone.. with his assistance, I was able to retrieve the correct QR code for UPS location that made my day.
