UPS dropped the package at the bottom of the stairs. Face down on the filthy concrete. Didn't even bother to bring it the apartment. And due to laziness
Someone took it. Also they delivered one package through the hole in our screen door. And a neighbor had to deliver it to us. Surprisingly neither one was damaged
But one was stolen. That is incompetence
