I would like to give more. I give 5 stars and then some to the higher up person who made sure our package got delivered to our actual address. I give 1 star to the system which doesn't allow easy choosing of pick up points and often erroneous info and hard to reach help. Fingers crossed they will improve

UPS should be more clear about delivery times. Because I go to work for 1:30 in the morning, a delivery time of "between 12 noon and 2 pm seemed agreeable. Well an hour and a half after 2 pm, I'm getting the update that it will be by 7pm. Newsflash: Not everyone's awake at 7pm. I wish they'd given the option to pick up my package once it was evident that it would not arrive during the window of time initially provided. Now I risk having my package stolen because I have to be asleep for a midnight alarm clock. Shame on the delivery services that don't really consider their customers.

Why do other companies give you a time slot,when ups just give you the date it should be delivered,it means you have to wait around all day ,it's a waste of a day

I just wanted to drop a quick comment. Yesterday I missed a package delivery that needed signature. I was home he knocked once and returned to truck by time I got to door and as I opened door he pulled away. I'm not old or slow to get around but, he didn't even give me a chance to get to door. Didn't look at house before he pulled away one last time. If he had he would have seen me standing outside. My advice is wait a few seconds at door, use doorbell, don't knock ïf there's a doorbell. Some people are hard of hearing and don't hear knocking. Take one last look at house before racing away. Thank you.

Hello All, if I could give them -stars I would. They just charged me double and basically told me they didn't care. Long story short it cost me in the neighborhood of $200.00 to ship 20 dollars worth of product. Really cant believe it. Never again will I use these crooks.

Watched the van drive past me on my drive way apparently I wasn’t home!!!went to collect to find a parcel with a lot of rattling and a lot of pieces the article could withstand 400kgs of pressure that must have taken some force to smash it up

Good company but if you miss a delivery 3 times. You try to ring up to re arrange a different option it takes ages to get through and then the person at the customer service end can't understand you properly.
