Terrible experience with UPS. Ups is Very useless. Dhl is still the best plug. Use ups at your own risk. If there is any rating less than 1 star I would have given then. Terrible customer service with no experience and useless drivers. I use all Avenue to reach out with no solution. They were telling me bad weather in summer (June 29 & 30) can you imagine. I paid for express delivery and my package was delivered over 2 weeks after..

More then shipping and everything drivers are useless , lazy they don’t even bother delivering on delivery address they are dropping parcels to pickup point according to their convenience 😤

Not the first time sadly but this time worst. After 3 phone calls to their Customer Care where I was guaranteed that: - My order was safe, despite I had requested to deliver it to a convenient pick up point and it was delivered instead far away( I have a lower back issue, no car, none at home to help me and package is heavy) - Delivery at the most convenient pick up point of my choice by Tuesday the 23rd of June at my pick up chosen point (a file with a complaint was open by an agent) - Reassurance that I would have received ASAP a confirmation that my package would have been re delivered at my chosen pick up point (Another file opened yesterday with an urgent escalation by an agent called Sushmitha on phone call happening on Thursday the 25th of June around 11 am UK time, where she guaranteed a phone call by Managers followed by email to reassure and sort out the issue. I requested for the call to be done at 12:35 instead than 12:31 given the nature of my job and she said that was no chance to change time but 100% I would have been reassured via email straight away.) No email has ever arrived. No communication, no info, no support. - This has now been going on for over 3 weeks and has cost me stress, money and health since given the heatwave the package contains thermal blinds that support my health.

After several supposed delivery days with no given time slot (apparently the ups choice app doesn’t cover my area) it’s going backwards and forwards from the Gloucester depot and I’m in Hereford.I’ve now seen the tracking says a delivery date will be re scheduled.What a complete waste of time. Whilst Royal Mail have had some failures in the past I’ve still received items that were ordered long after the ups item. I left one star as you can’t leave zero star ratings

Yet again appalling service parcel due today according to email spent all day waiting for it couldn't do anything but wait no communication until after 7pm saying another delivery date will be selected 10 hours totally wasted no doubt it will be delivered to a pick up point being a cripple this makes it impossible for me to collect and I have to beg someone to collect it for me last time spent 45 minutes speaking to someone in a different country explaining my situation they agreed and said it would delivered to my address if out would redeliver OF COURSE THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN unfortunately the company I deal with in Spain only deals with UPS am absolutely disgusted with service Apparently the driver is given the planned route so it should be easy to give a rough time of delivery

If I could rate you a negative number I would. Your service is horrible, your drivers are liars, you lie about delivery times, you steal package and I am shocked that you don't read your poor ratings or maybe you would do something about your service. A delivery that was supposed to be here on Saturday has yet to show up 3 days later and no one at UPS has a brain where they can tell you what happened or where your package is.

Machine broke down, dealer created label Tuesday, UPS took over a day to collect, promised Thursday delivery, which became Friday, which became Monday, which is now possibly Tuesday: utterly useless firm, who have cost me a lot of money in machine downtime. This is, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every interaction feels like you’re talking to a brain-dead robot rather than an actual human being. The staff seem completely uninterested, burned out, unhelpful, and incapable of solving even the simplest problem. Trying to get assistance is a complete waste of time. You get passed around, ignored, or given useless responses that accomplish absolutely nothing. There is no sense of accountability, urgency, or basic customer care. If you value your time, your patience, or your sanity, stay far away from UPS. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

This is one of the worst company to dealt with international shipping delivery in my life. What they were promised about the duration of the delivery went beyond and now there is no value for the payment we were paid. While I already decided not deal with this company anymore in my life, sharing my thoughts with others for them to depend the timeframe what they are promising. I’m very much disappointed.

3 lost packages in the past 5 days. 2 scheduled UPS ground pickups that were paid for, marked as completed on the UPS site, but never actually occurred. And the latest was the 5th time for this year. We'd be better off delivering packages cross country, on foot.

Package was rush, perishable and insulated. Only one delivery attempt from UPS without prior notice, then the package was dumped at a pharmacy far away from delivery location. We called TWICE for delivery rescheduling, each time with a verbal confirmation from UPS support, but without any action on their part. After SIX (6) days, we finally had to go fetch the box still at the pharmacy and about to be shipped back to supplier. Terrible service. Or rather, *no* service at all. Support takes your call, says 'yes' mindlessly without any follow up and just *forgets you*. Failing at their one and only business: delivering

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointed with UPS Express service. I paid a premium price for express international shipping from the UK to the United States, expecting reliable and professional service. The package was guaranteed to be delivered on June 10, as it contained a gift for an important event. Instead, on June 10 the tracking status suddenly changed to a delay at a warehouse, and since then there has been absolutely no explanation provided. It has now been two days, and neither the sender nor the recipient has been contacted by UPS. No one has explained the reason for the delay, no updates have been provided, and there is no estimated delivery date. The package is simply sitting in a warehouse with no information and no communication. This is completely unacceptable for a service that charges premium express shipping rates. Customers pay extra because they expect reliability, transparency, and timely delivery. UPS has failed on all three. The gift has now missed the event it was intended for, making the expensive express service pointless. I strongly believe this situation demonstrates a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Tracking Number: 1ZY248T80492664055 I would appreciate a response from UPS management regarding this issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend UPS Express to anyone. It is expensive, unreliable, and extremely frustrating when something goes wrong.

Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional shipping company that treats pregnant women very badly - refused to take products up to our flat door (supposed to be a door-to-door service) and were very rude to me several times. Also messed up with the arranged pick-up request - when I called, their customer service asked me to take the product to the access point by myself until I yelled at them, saying I am pregnant.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute garbage. They charge extra money for express delivery, yet it still takes eight days for the package to arrive. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam service rather than a paid express option. There is no reliability, no transparency, and no respect for customers’ time. I am extremely frustrated and will never use this service again 😡

Paid for express international service, then UPS opened an investigation that delayed everything for a week without providing any meaningful updates. Now they have lost my parcel entirely. Called the UPS staff, not helpful, just tell me you have to wait...Completely useless. The parcel contained very important documents, and to this day I have no idea where they are or who will cover the costs and consequences of their loss. NEVER UPS, unless it is the last courier on Earth!!

Calling UPS to find a delivery is a waste of time, all they do is read what they have put on line and then try to forward your call to anyone but them. My shipment took 24 hours to get from IA to wpg and is sitting in wpg for 3 days, only to be told delivery by end of day, for 3 days in a row. Useless
