Mechanical delay? AGAIN !!!

Wanna hear a real life horror story, all? This happened today. I live in Colorado Springs, CO On a $4000+ laptop and accessories, on a *signature required package*... UPS managed to: a) Deliver it to the incorrect address, 150 yds away from where I live b) Did not verify the last name of the recipient or obtain a signature on a sig required package c) Did NOT ask for an ID from said person d) Nearly drove me to 1) tequila, 2) a heart attack, 3) wanting a sharp knife to open my wrists. I had to go hunting for it, knocking door to door in my neighborhood. I guess it's a fortunate thing I have honest neighbors...even ones who I don't know. And UPS? If I could rate you -10 stars on Google, I would. I am LIVID at your incompetence. It's a good thing you came up with the info that you actually delivered it to a residence 150 yds away, because if I hadn't recovered it? You'd be looking at a lawsuit right now. Passing along my new wisdom: do NOT trust UPS to deliver pricey packages to the correct address and do NOT expect them to follow-through on ID checks for signatures.

I sent a parcel from Poland to Finland and UPS never even tried to deliver it. The recipient in Helsinki didn’t receive a single call, SMS, or email, only an automatic “out for delivery” message. Then UPS marked “security access attempt” without ever showing up. The parcel was sent back, and I was charged twice, for the original shipment and for the return. This is unacceptable. No contact, no service, no responsibility. Completely unprofessional experience.

Had a package to be delivered: First attempt, left note that package was unable to be delivered due to a signature required, that night sent a request to deliver to my place of work; second attempt, again during the day at my home while I was at work, called the service desk was able to speak with the local dispatch, said the driver would be back around 6ish pm, left work since 4:45pm, waited and waited step outside, there is a note on the floor.....the idiot driver didn't ring the doorbell....on hod with customer service for over two hours!

You please stay away ha if you want your parcels to get to you the next day don't use them. The delivery drivers are so unprofessional the last 3 parcels that I ve had delivered by ups have just been left outside. If I took today off of work as a holiday so I could get my friend plant food do you feel delivered today. Just because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to walk around the block and press the buzzer he decided he dropped my parcel off at a parcel shop 6 or 7 miles away from my flat. Saw an email about an hour after the fact saying parcel delivered and then I was panicking because it said it was delivered to my home address I had to phone up ups to find out. Another time I had some flowers delivered and it's a good job I was going out to take the rubbish and there were my flowers just dumped outside the block yet again because the driver couldn't be able to walk around and press the buzzer it's a good job I am an honest person because otherwise I could have said I never received them. This is an appalling company well the drivers are the drivers are terrible absolutely terrible steer clear. I pay 69094 today delivery and now it looks like I ve got to wait another 5 days cos they ve got to arrange for the driver to go back to the shop and pick it up and they haven't even confirmed my delivery day and waiting for a phone call off them right now and I'm not happy.

The absolute most frustrating company to do business with. I am trying to find a breakdown of cost for one single shipment. I’ve been transferred 5 times, and on hold for nearly an hour. Any issue I have ever had with them has not been resolved. I’ve been lied to directly by a representative. They have damaged expensive equipment. I don’t think I’d trust them with my colaguard box.

Once again UPS has shown its true colors. I ordered a product from Nike, received a delivery notice stating the package was delivered to the locker. They never sent me a code to get in the locker so I went to the resident office and ask them about this. Rep stated she saw no UPS deliveries today, which was about 20 minutes after me receiving the delivered message. I called UPS and if course they blamed Nike stating Nike should have given me a code to get in the locker. I did contact Nike and Nike stated UPS does this all the time and lots of individuals are not getting their packages. UPS stated Nike is supposed to be providing the locker-code. Funny, the package was supposedly delivered by UPS. Just playing stupid to cover their own butts. I stated to their representative they need to check their drivers. So my advice to anyone expecting any packages from UPS to have them delivered directly to the product they are receiving store or a UPS drop off location only.

I sent a package out from a UPS store and was told it would take 2 days to deliver. It spent the next 3 weeks straight bouncing back and forth between states, with no reason as to why and no helpful customer service. The local UPS store I used was the only place that was actually helpful. Corporate UPS and their customer support (including supervisors) did absolutely nothing, even when the latest update showed that a UPS employee had STOLEN the contents and discarded the empty package. This is by far the worst shipping experience I have ever had, and I will NEVER use UPS again because of it.

The proof of delivery photo posted my UPS tracking update link shows that my package is delivered NOT to my house. I tried to contact UPS via the tracking link but with no success. So I had to take a snapshot of that "proof of delivery" photo and walked around my neighborhood to see if I can find that house door in the picture. Such a waste of time!! The most upsetting is that UPS is not making themselves easy to be contacted! No process for accountability of their delivery errors!! Instead, they are like get rid of delivery problems by making it most difficult and inconvenient for customers to report delivery problems. What a way to do business, and getting away with it too!!!

I dropped off a package 24x28x5 at the Hamden, CT UPS store on September 26th 2025. They gave me the wrong receipt for that package. That package was picked up by a UPS driver and delivered to a UPS store in Orange, Ct. The tracking number indicates that the package never left the Orange, CT UPS. As of this review, October 10th, the tracking number of the package indicates it is still at the Orange, CT. My package is lost and I have lost $165.00. No one including UPS customer service has been of any help.

Please reconsider using UPS I am currently £400 at lost as they damaged my items in transit and blaming me! There is no communication with them apart from one email, they are not responding back to me so will have to take legal action as what they have done is just so unfair

I worked in Plattburgh, the supervisor was a racist, he fired me without a letter, without prior notice. abuse of his power. He denied me any information related to my job and my dismissal. I was never given any notice. I use another employee to notify me of my dismissal. use another general employee. The supervisor does the same with other colleagues. For this is the delay and Bad service.

I’ve never dealt with a company as lazy and confused as UPS. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing — packages get delayed, tracking updates make no sense, and customer service just passes you around without solving anything. Every time I try to get help, I get a different story from every person I talk to. It’s honestly shocking how little accountability or effort there is. I’ll be avoiding UPS whenever possible from now on.

First time using UPS (as a receiver) I wanted to change the delivery address or time. They said they couldn’t do that. And I called customer care and local support and the woman yelled at me.No live map location I understand that it’s not available for the package but how can I know that when my package is gonna be delivered? Do I have to cancel my work,sit and wait for that delivery for a whole day? I tracked the package and it’s said 10:30 am and the driver was in front of my house 9:40.So how the people from ups working so far? And then the next day I took a day off to get my package which is required the signature and the estimated time was 9pm. So what is wrong with all off those things. I can’t pre-sign,change the delivery address,delivery time,schedule pick-up at the local store. This is really understandable.

Very bad service, I could compare it to the Three provider, they pretend they are helpful but once you are disconnected nothing ever happens with your issue. So if you have any problems with UPS you are on your own with it, bear this in mind when booking parcel deliver through this company. My issue has never been resolved and cost me extra money! I Will never use them again!

Horrible horrible service. Was charged almost triple to what FedEx charges. And to top it off they were a day late in delivery. We hadn't used them in some time. But decided to give it another chance. Absolutely a horrible mistake. Will not be using this company again.

I just received a bill from UPS for $197.73 for US Customs Duties as well as Brokerage Charges for a cotton blanket I bought on Etsy. How insane and I pity all the other people who have purchases from Etsy that don't know they're getting ready to get slammed with a huge bill like this. UNBELIEABLE!!! UPS, you should be ashamed!

Over the years, we have had about 5 claims with UPS and we have YET to receive a reimbursement check! It's horrible, the excuses they have. You changed addresses but we cannot forward a check to your new address because you cannot make changes like that to an existing account. Or, the cap on your bottle of oil was loose so it's your fault (which we fill bottles of essential oil when the order comes in and believe me, my husband makes the caps VERY TIGHT!). the delivery guys are awesome but customer service and whatever department processes claims is HORRIBLE! And now, every customer service agent has a middle eastern accent and I cannot understand them! Today, I went to file a claim on a package but UPS investigated it and once again, my fault! They closed the case without any word from us!!! SICK OF THEM GETTING OUT OF EVERY CLAIM!!!!
