This is the third time in less then one month my amazon package back to nashville tennessee has been delayed. I understand that this could happen once but not three times. I am not happy with ups. My package was supposed to delivered on Thursday June 12, 2025 and then I received a another notice for delivery on Friday June 13, 2025. Then few hours later a message saying my package was delayed again in Chattanooga Tennessee. This has become beyond frustrating.

For a company that are meant to be a delivery company they do not know what they are doing. 3 days package delayed and now I have to wait a weekend because they dont know how to do their job. I have a holiday booked and required the produce inside the package and ive come to their warehouse to collect twice and they cant give me because its inside a trailer. What a joke. The drivers dont do their jobs either. What's the point. UPS Kentish Town facility is rubbish.

partner with logistics (UPS) delivery is disappointing. This happened to me twice now when I bought the luggage and crossbody bag now. They do not stick with delivery timing. When you are unable to receive it they will not re-attempt to redeliver instead send it to a pick up point. Which is almost a mile away from me. It is disappointing as I paid for the delivery charge. This will have an impact with me buying in the future.

They have now lost my package, which is 6 ft tall, twice and now delivered to the wrong address. I'll use Amazon from now on.

I want to report that the automated service on the UPS telephone line is probably one of the worst I have ever encountered. It gives me a headache. I would like to read it as a -5. I was unable to get the automated voice to understand what I was trying to say. She just kept asking if I want to track the package and I said no I want to speak to a representative and then she asked for more details and I gave her the details and she said do you want to track a package and I said no and I couldn’t get beyond that

UPS service is very bad. I paid for 2 days of delivery, I'm still waiting, 20 days later. I called, and the information I got, tomorrow is nothing. The bank canceled the delivery of the card and sent another one, they said it would be delivered the next day, 3 days have already passed!! What is happening with this service, which used to be so efficient. What a disappointment!! Very bad for the service!!!

My package was dropped off to wrong address and I have tried all weekend to rectify this and no help from UPS other than being given the major runaround !!

The worse courier company. I gave them my TV to delivered it from London to Manchester. They arrived with clear signs of damage on the box, torn and scared in every possible way. Knowing that when the shipment was picked up even though the box clearly showed TV brand and logo on it. The driver was told please be careful this is a TV in the box!

My package didn't show up as scheduled. And called the following day to try to obtain the package. I was having the item installed and the installer was showing up that morning. It took me several phone calls to actually speak to a human being and they were no help at all. Apparently if your package is late too bad for you, you cannot go pick it up. They cannot deliver it earlier so you just have to reschedule your life to fit them. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid for the item. I should be able to go pick it up.

I had an overnight letter lost and delivered to the wrong address and no follow up no return to my home. I was told the driver would return it to me and never did 7 hours later and was told a representative would call me back never did. Never have I had a lost overnight letter delivered to the wrong address when I confirmed the company that sent it to the correct address. I am out of a letter sent to someone else, very important to me.

Spent $176.00 to have a simple envelope delivered over night. Delayed not once but twice for "mechanical breakdowns" now my wife is stuck in another state because UPS can't get act together. Never again will I ship using UPS., HORRIBLE customer service as well.

Absolutely horrible lost 1 package last week in atlanta. Reordered the same item and now it says delivery attempted but never came to the house that my wife has been at all day. If I could rate them a 0 star I would. And this isn't the first time its happened

I ship things all over the world and never really need to do a claim. When it came to do a claim with UPS it was awful it was for $100 item and they made it hard for everything never got the money for the item I finally just refunded my customer money to make them happy the box was completely trashed and they wouldn't pay anything. Dont use them I wont ever again!

Very bad experience, with UPS driver Mr.Kit, who triggered the lift alarm twice, and when asked driver of Veh GBL536J shouted at the officer, using chinese vulgarity in an open concept that everyone can hear. UPS, should look into the matter seriously, as drivers bad attitudes may portrays on the UPS company as a bad image. Driver, his frustration should not vendor on others, as officers we are only delivering our duty, following procedure. I hope, company will look into this, and as for myself I will never use UPS service, AT ALL. Very bad experience.

I had a notification days early that my delivery would be Tue 3rd June between 11:15 - 14:15. Took the day off work. NO DELIVERY and tracking still not even showing as Out For Delivery. Contact them? Forget it unless you speak German! WASTE of my time AND a day off work!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed to reroute 2 packages and told them repeatedly I needed them there before Monday. I was given an address that UPS suggested for fastest delivery if picked up by receiving customer. I told them I have 2 packages coming and gave both tracking #'s for rerouting. She assured she looked up both #'s. End result, after 1 1/2 hours on phone I paid extra for rerouting and she only rerouted 1 of the packages and after speaking with another UPS employee found out that they did not upgrade my service so the packages won't arrive before Monday. Actually they may not arrive till Tuesday. Waste of my time and money.

I packed & mailed a package of Corelle coffee mugs Oct., 2024. I packed the box carefully & marked Fragile in big writing on red paper. When the package arrived, 10 of the 12 mugs were broken. The box had a dented in corner & my sister said it was obviously dropped. I submitted all the supporting documents in December and February, of which were ignored. Today, May 30th, 2025, I took paperwork for the 3rd time. The clerk said it was longer than 6 months & I can't file a claim. Secondly, UPS won't pay a claim unless they pack the box. The UPS guarantee of $100 minimum is a LIE!!!! I will never ship with UPS again.

UPS tricked me. My package was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it — no call, no notice, nothing. I’ve contacted them multiple times since December 2024. They just say an investigation was started, then never follow up. No refund, no answers. Now it’s May 2025, and it’s too late for my bank to help. It feels like their system is designed to stall and avoid responsibility. This is not customer service — it’s a failure.
