Put it like this, when I order something and see then that ups are delivering it. I know I won't be getting it for a long time! THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!! don't know how they still in service! If I could give minus stars I would!

The worst company!!! All the time same problem, from 1 week I phone them 3-5 times per day becouse AGAIN I didn’t receive my parcel and I got from them just LIES.. is nobody able to do something there. Last year they lost my 5 parcels..all the couriers Fast Way, An Post, DHL etc.. are coming to my adress just UPS no.. It’s annoying..

My sister paid to have a package delivered to me within two days. It is four days later and no package. I have notified her and told her to demand a refund.

Package stolen in a german warehouse. No any answer, investigation is zero effective. They are lying and just looking for excuses. totally unacceptable and shame.

Stay away from this company!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Terrible service, lying employees, unqualified customer service. I ordered in advance, a very important thing for me. I received a message that it should be delivered on the specified day!! Three days of waiting, nervousness and destruction of all plans, but I still haven't received the parcel, although a clear day for receipt was reported in the message. After that, there was a call from one of the branches and they asked if I could come and pick up my parcel from their branch. Employees are not qualified, not knowledgeable. With a very poor level of spoken English. No service at all. After calls to customer service, there is no response either. Very disappointed!!! The lowest rating in everything!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Good luck if they lose your package. UPS lost an irreplaceable memorial item. Although they allege they do an investigation, the only information they will give is that they contacted me and the shipper. They refuse to confirm that they spoke with the driver, the employee that last scanned the package, or conducted searches. I've only been told that they take it seriously. I've spoken to multiple people and they keep saying "contact the sender" when the sender would not be responsible for searching for the package within UPS's warehouse. It is clear that unless someone trips over your package, they don't actually look for it. If you care about your items, I'd recommend going elsewhere for shipping services.

In an astonishing display of unparalleled excellence, UPS has once again outdone themselves in the art of vanishing packages and laughable service. Bravo! It's as if they've mastered a form of magical logistics, where packages bound for Dublin embark on an epic journey to the realm of the lost and forgotten. My own package, destined to grace my doorstep two weeks before Christmas, embarked on such an adventure. Did it arrive? Oh, what a quaint notion! Instead, it partook in the grand UPS tradition of playing hide and seek at their Dublin facility. But fear not, for UPS, in their boundless generosity, graced me with a sequel - and a replacement package from my shipper was on the way! Promised for a Monday delivery, it too decided to join the mystical dance of the missing parcels. The UPS tracker, a beacon of hope, teased me with promises of a delivery between the hours of 1300 and 1500. I waited, anticipation turning to despair, as the realisation dawned that my package had likely transcended the physical plane. Seeking solace, I called their customer support, a merry band of storytellers who spun tales of depots locked tighter than Fort Knox, and updates that were more elusive than a unicorn. Promises of callbacks turned out to be as substantial as a puff of smoke, and the disconnect button must surely be the most worn-out part of their phone system. It's a marvel, truly, how UPS has taken the simple concept of package delivery and turned it into a labyrinthine epic of mystery and intrigue. With an impressive online 1.2 ish -star rating, they stand as a beacon of hope for aspiring businesses everywhere. Why, I'm inspired to start my own delivery service, where I too can achieve greatness by simply making packages disappear. I'm aiming high – perhaps a 1.2-star rating is within reach too!

Worst service and complete incompetence.... Waiting on my package and the tracking reschedules it 3 times and never delivered.... spent 3 hours on the phone with the customer services - with no real result....

Worst delivery company ever!! Don't know which is worse ups or fedex...smh ups gets paid 40 a f-n hour to do there job horribly! Called off to receive package doesn't come I Leave to go to store and it's a sticker saying I missed them...!!! How! I was f-n home! Sticker said will deliver to local access point. Ok. Next day I'm up at 8am or earlier everyday I go to let my dogs out around 11a and it's another darn sticker on my door saying I missed the delivery.. again HOW!!!! I call customer service they aren't any help. Why pay for express shipping with Amazon if my package is delivered by incompetent ups workers??? How are Amazon delivery drivers better at their job?? Ups need to do better

UPS is consistently the worst. Every time - literally every single time - I am to get a package delivered by UPS I will get multiple emails about my delivery being rescheduled because there was a delivery 'attempt' but no one was home. I am at home every day all day. Then in the end it gets delivered at a pickup point in town. So the delivery fee I paid is 100% a waste of my money. And then when I try to use the website to change the delivery or tell them to please just call when they're at the gate there's ALWAYS a message about there being technical issues, can I please try again later. Why can't the driver do what ALL the other delivery services do - and CALL if they struggle to open the gate? UPS, you really are terrible at doing what it is you're charging money for. If it was up to me I'd use ANY other provider of this service.

Had a real displeasure today with uPS . My parcel was out for delivery all day so I looked up the latest delivery time and it stated 19:00. 18:00 I get an alert that my parcel was delivered. I was like that’s amazing how that happened with no one at the door or any sign of the invisible force. I look on my screen and see oh it’s been delivered in another part of the town by a name I don’t recognise. This didn’t have a photo or location so I was totally confused. Great more work than just delivering the parcel in the first place I’ll ring Ups. So the person on the phone tells me it’s at a shop in your town you’ll have to go and get it. Why!!!!! So collected the parcel it’s suspiciously ripped and with the delivery address as my home address not a shop in the middle of the Town. Oh and by that point after getting it home the address miraculously updates on ups website. I wonder if I hadn’t rang and gone to collect that my parcel would still be there the next day. Iv passed my concerns to the company I purchased from.

I had a package that was being sent from New Jersey to where I live in Orange County CA and it ended up in Long Beach. I was alerted by the person that received it and was sent a picture of the box. My tracking number was covered up by another tracking number by a UPS employee and sent to the house in Long Beach. Its been there since Dec 20th it is now January 8th. They told me I had to send them a description of the item. I sent them the information and yet they wont send me my package. I filed a case they told me they would call me about it. The ONLY person that has been doing any calling is me. When I call I get the run around from these people. I am currently on hold for a supervisor for the las 1/2 hour

Out of 6 packages they got all 6 late they are the worst at delivering honestly they should give up and let FedEx take over I will never ship through them again for just a couple bucks more u can get FedEx and it will get there faster

From Portland, OR USA, via Louisville, KY, and Cologne till Vienna was my package traceable. But in Austria no tracing possible. The package is gone. On the phone people from I don't know which countries, bareable understanding and speaking German. No way to find a responsible person. If I could I would give them minus stars. UPS Austria NEVER again.

Horrible customer service also they cant figure out how to add my Apartment number, and found out its going to another address but I cant fix it on my end cause its not matching my info, so im stuck ups says call them matco says call ups im lost, what do I do? Dont want to lose my stuff. Need it also on time for college, I payed for fast shipping almost 50 dollars. Can à ups Manager(REAL BOSS) contact me?
