What a terrible experience. You have Ignored commercial invoices on my import shipment, Made up a shipment value which you have inflated by 129% Charged import VAT on a made up shipment value (charging 129% more VAT than is actually due) Refused to correct your error despite having been provided with full, detailed correct information. Applied the wrong HS Code for the import transactions Made no effort to apologise for your error Made no effort to apologise for the shipment being a week late (and still not delivered) I’d recommend that anyone looking for a courier for import shipments uses FedEx

Extremely disappointed in my experience with UPS. I paid for overnight delivery on a check that is now missing, despite being marked as delivered. I’ve checked my entire property and my neighbor's address on Route 56 with no luck. To make matters worse, the phone support was non-existent. As a former CS agent myself, I know the importance of communication, yet I was repeatedly hung up on and transferred when asking for delivery details. Now I'm told to wait up to 8 days for an 'investigation' for a service I paid a premium for. This needs to be escalated immediately!

I sought a more accountable and reliable service after being disappointed by previous support, and I’m glad I found IGRINC.org. Their process was well-structured and handled with professionalism from start to finish. Their proactive communication and expertise helped move things forward smoothly. I truly appreciate their dedication and effort.

UPS. Terrible experience. Package left at the bottom of the driveway. Weighed 80 pounds. I had no way to get it up the driveway. I had to open the box (and it was raining) and had to carry it piece by into the house. Called and complained. Customer service was no help

I went to my local UPS store on Wednesday, March 11th, to send a small package overnight. Of course, I paid extra to guarantee next day delivery. The next day, March 12th, I tracked the package and the site indicated there was a delay so I called and spoke with a representative who apologized for the delay and said that the package would definitely be there by today, March 13th between 10:30 am and 2:45 pm. After tracking the package it showed the package had reached the UPS facility, but it was not out for delivery. I returned to the store where I sent the package and they confirmed that it was at the facility, but wouldn't be delivered before Saturday, Marth 14th and if not then by Monday, March 16th. I am so stressed and so thoroughly disappointed in the lack of service and unprofessionalism of UPS. The expected receiver of the package is very upset because of the extreme delay. I should have used regular mail, it probably would have gotten there sooner. I was told that I'd be reimbursed. GREAT! That still does not compensate for the stress and inconvenience that I and the receiver have incurred. I sat in my car in front of UPS and literally cried. I will not make this mistake again. FedEx

I’m giving one star only because there isn’t an option to give zero. This has been one of the most frustrating and ridiculous delivery experiences I have ever had. I have never seen such incompetence from a delivery company. The assistants are extremely unprofessional and the entire system is a complete mess. Your couriers have already gone to the wrong address twice and still somehow cannot manage to deliver a simple package. The first time they didn’t even bother trying to deliver it – they simply changed the delivery date without making any attempt. That is completely unacceptable. And the tracking system? Absolutely useless. It gives no clear information, no proper notifications, and leaves customers completely in the dark about what is happening with their package. Overall, the whole service is a complete disaster. It honestly feels like nobody knows what they’re doing. If this is the level of competence at this company, some of your staff should seriously consider finding another job, because they clearly are not capable of doing this one.

Absolutely dreadful. Our neighbour in Canada used UPS to send our replacement credit cards to us in Naples, Florida. We were told to expect 5 days. Seven days later, tracking data showed that the package was in Naples….but it was never delivered. The next day it was on its way to Jacksonville! I tried to communicate through the app, but was told everything was fine. Then the package goes to Ohio - I go to the local UPS store and they gave me the corporate phone contact number, so after a struggle with AI I get to speak to an agent. She takes some convincing, but finally agrees there is a problem and assures me I will receive a call from the “team” to confirm the problem is resolved. I receive no such call. The next day the package is in Detroit. I call again and eventually get to speak to a floor supervisor, who guarantees that the package will be redirected to me in Naples and I will receive I’ve a call confirming this in 24 hours. No call - tracking now shows the package is being returned to sender in Canada. How does this company stay in business?

I was home the entire day. No TV, no headphones, no music. No one buzzed or called me, there is no missed calls. And then it is said: missed delivery attempt. It never happened with DHL or any other deliveries, but with UPS it happens literally every time. Your drivers don’t even attempt to deliver anything. Why do I pay the money for such horrible service?!

The most incompetent customer service experience I've ever been subjugated to. Reaching a human being in the first place is a nightmare, navigating automated menu after automated menu before getting in touch with a real person. I spoke to a total of 4 individuals relating to this ONE package (And guess where EVERY single call was routed to? Here's a hint, the call center was not in the USA and they love curry there), spending almost an hour on the phone in total over this ridiculous issue. UPS said they were going to deliver my package between 2:30pm-6:30pm. The package contained THE CREMATED REMAINS OF MY FAMILY MEMBER, obviously a pretty big deal, right? Well my husband was going to be home at 1:30pm so we would have plenty of time to be there to sign for it, but lo and behold the courier decides to attempt delivery 3 HOURS before the delivery window, so naturally no one was there to sign for it. Why give a delivery window if you can't ensure it'll be delivered in that window!? I was told by the shipper that UPS would attempt two more deliveries at my home address, at which time they would reroute it to my closest UPS location. Fine, that would have been okay, but they attempted it ONE time before scribbling a location that's 30 minutes away from me in barely legible chicken scratch and NO OTHER INFORMATION. So naturally I call UPS about it, and the first absolutely dense individual that I spoke with tells me that I can go online and change my delivery to redeliver it back at home and they would try again the next day. It was Friday at that time so they would attempt the delivery once more on Saturday, which worked because I would be home all day over the weekend. So tell me why I get a notification saying that they're going to attempt redelivery on MONDAY? I specifically told them I will not be available on Monday as I work Monday through Friday! So here we go, I'm calling again, and the next woman I speak to is just... Words just can't describe the levels of idiocy. We go in circles 3 times with me asking her the same question over and over with her seemingly unable to comprehend the situation, so I got tired of it and told her I needed to speak with someone else on this matter because there was clearly an issue with communication. She doesn't say anything for at least 10 seconds. I say "Hello? Are you still there? I need to be transferred to someone else to discuss this, please." at which time she mumbles something about transferring me to her supervisor, so now I'm on hold waiting. I realized after 10 minutes of being on hold that I was transferred to a number that was never going to pick up. That was her way of getting rid of my call. I have to call AGAIN, this time being on hold for another 10 minutes waiting for a person. Now a man answers and after a back and forth he informs me that I will need to pay money to have the delivery changed to a different UPS location OR the delivery driver will attempt to deliver it to my house on Monday and Tuesday and then it will be sent BACK TO SENDER. Familial remains, just a little reminder for you. At that point I end the call, go back to the UPS MyChoice online, and cancel the 'redelivery to my house' option on the website. I then call UPS back and was finally given a representative with more than 2 braincells! He let's me know that it will be sent to the UPS location that it was originally going to go to before I asked for them to attempt redelivery to my house. So I guess I didn't need to pay for it, huh? The previous representative couldn't just tell me to cancel the redelivery attempt option online? This entire ordeal made me upset to the point of tears. I was so angry I was grinding my teeth trying to maintain composure and civility in these calls. All I want is to get my family member home to me. I am in the throes of grief. No one should have to deal with such an inefficient, dysfunctional system, staffed by imbecilic fools of the highest order, let alone someone who is already stressed beyond belief. I will never select UPS as a shipper again for as long as I live. This company exists by monopolizing the market, it would be impossible for them to stay afloat otherwise with a reputation as terrible as theirs.

UPS officially sucks! One drop box in The Dalles Or for small packages so had to drive on to Hood River, a round trip of 120 miles. Won't be using any of their services any time soon.

INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE; from the delivery driver to customer service. I will NEVER USE and RECOMMEND UPS. NOT EVEN WORTH OF 1 STAR REVIEW. What kind of customer service who asked you “How can I help you” and they cannot even HELP with a very simple problem. Talked to 5 different customer service rep and NO ONE was able to HELP and they have 5 different stories as well. Not sure who’s the LIAR among the 5 people I talked to. UPS management you need to train your employees to be HONEST. You can play the recorded conversation I have with them.

Never deliver on time or stick their own schedules. Customer support is anything but. Just buy from Amazon whenever I can as they know how to do logistics!

You pay for a service, the delivery driver backs up to your property and just leaves the box in the middle of your driveway in a snowbank, not the first time it happened two weeks ago from the same delivery company. These guys are not smart and I hope somebody does the exact same thing to their packages losers
