Is it possible to give a below 1-star rating??? Can you imagine, the man came to collect 2 parcels for return this morning I asked him a minute to check the codes in my phone to figure out what label goes to which box, and the fellow just walk off saying he's got no time, that 'they' are checking him, that if I'm lucky he's still around I can hand it to him otherwise I'd have to go drop it at a nearby address. In an extremely rude manner!!! And just for me to come out and see the dude drive off! And mind you, the previous week, I was waiting for the guys to come collect, nothing! Just for me to check my amazon account by 5pm and see a notification that they tried to collect but parcel wasn't ready??? How could adult lie this much ad behave so ruthlessly ??? Absolute disgrace this UPS!

I'll my avait rien, les chauffeurs n'attendent pas. Quel incompetense! Surtout quand je fais une commande sur 120 euros!

I have stayed in two days for a parcel, first delivery I was in and card left through door, there was no knock or bell. Second time I put notice on door saying 'please use the bell' but I found the parcel behind my bin later , literally thrown there. They didn't knock or use the bell on either occasion WHY?!?!

I honestly did not think a company this large could be this incompetent but UPS proved me wrong in spectacular fashion. I bought a $25 rug from HomeDepot.ca. UPS decided to slap $43 in “brokerage fees” on it, almost double the value of the item. Naturally, I declined the delivery. Case closed, right? Nope. A week later, UPS just dumped the package at my door anyway with a note saying “Customs fees cleared.” I never authorized that. I never paid it. Then, two months later, I received an invoice from UPS demanding payment. I contacted both UPS and Home Depot. To their credit, Home Depot was fantastic and immediately submitted a request to UPS to take responsibility for the charges. UPS? Total disaster. For months, I kept getting invoices. Every time I called, I was told: “Don’t worry, our back-end team is working on it.” They weren’t. Yesterday I received a letter from a COLLECTION AGENCY, over a $25 rug, because UPS never fixed their own mistake. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever been sent to collections, and it happened because UPS is incapable of managing their own billing system. To protect my credit, I was forced to pay a charge that I never owed in the first place. Let’s be very clear: UPS ignored the shipper’s request, kept billing me anyway, lied repeatedly that it was being handled, and then sent me to collections. This is not a mistake. This is systemic incompetence. If you value your money, your time, or your credit score, do not use UPS. Their brokerage process is predatory, their billing department is dysfunctional, and their customer service is nothing more than a loop of empty apologies and broken promises. UPS should be ashamed.

UPS is unrealiable. They promise to deliver my parcel but everday at the end of day the story changed. The delivery date is always postponed to the enxt day, but when the day comes the product is not delivered. This is atrick to make someone believe the delay is just by a day. In my case, it is more than 7 days of spamming me with Emails of delivery but at the end of each day, nothing is forthcoming. Until now, I am still waiting, I don't know if the parcel will be delivered or not

Freight forwarder delivered my UPS Express envelope shipment to a UPS hub in Lisbon and upon receiving it they stated "ILLEGIBLE ADDRESS LABEL – RETURNING TO SENDER". I thought it was a joke since the address label was generated by UPS and printed with a quality laser printer. So I sent another shipment to another recipient via UPS. UPS instantly stated exactly the same problem to the second shipment as well and posted in online tracking that it is being returned to the sender (me). After a lengthy correspondence with RAQUEL BERNARDES (Lisbon Operations), the hostile nitpicker kept creating false claims, making up reasons for the return to sender. When I disproved the "illegible label" deceit, she switched to stating that I declared the contents as "Documents" instead of "Printed Labels" (false as well). When I disproved that one, the hostile nitpicker from UPS Portugal fabricated another lie ("reason") claiming that I selected "UPS Box" while sending a UPS envelope. I don't even have UPS boxes and UPS refused to supply UPS boxes to me, so how can I have them in my possession? I did not select "UPS Box" - it was her fabricated lie trying to justify theft of my funds from my VISA account. When I disproved that one she just stopped responding and on the same day UPS charged my card for yet another amount similar to €50, which I did not authorize. Clearly UPS is openly hostile to their long time customers and that is a concern. I have been a UPS customer for over 30 years and now I decided (and am forced to) never deal with that awful, hostile nitpicking and deceitful company (UPS) again.

I have always been very pleased with the service from UPS until today! I ordered jewelry & the company from which I ordered chose the delivery method. My packages arrived today, $1000 in merchandise and were left in my driveway!!! My front door was maybe 30 ft from the street, which is where most items are left unless they will fit in my mailbox. This is very concerning and unacceptable, and am very fortunate they weren't stolen or run over when backing out of my garage!!!

I am terribly disappointed with UPS. I had a package delivered and the driver allowed a neighbor in my building that I don’t know sign for my package. My name along with my phone number was on the label. I could have been contacted by phone or by my callbox at the front door. I contacted customer and it was more disappointing because the representative was so nonchalant about my concern!

UPS has an outright scam they are pulling on Ebay sellers which is shameful! If you purchase a shipping label on Ebay (which is a discounted fee) UPS will use a DIM Program that "estimates" the weight of your package and not the actual weight itself! I've only used UPS 3 times in the last month and was a victim to this scam each time! To avoid problems, I paid UPS $130.00 to box up a painting for me. They provided me the weight/measurements of the box before I purchased the shipping label for $52.00. Three weeks later UPS billed my credit card an additional$193.00 because their DIM program "estimated" the 20lb package actually weighed 90lb!! Total RIPOFF!!

The UPS driver did not ring the door bell when making an attempt to deliver a package. There are 3 adults home right now and any one of us would have answered and signed for the package. I called customer service and nothing can be done. Now I have to wait 2 days for the next attempt. We have the ring app and could see the driver knocking softly and leaving immediately. The website keeps telling me I cannot have the package sent to a nearby UPS store because there are no location near me. I literally have 4 near me!

UPS Lost my Package and Refused a Claim: I strongly suspect our package was stolen by the UPS delivery driver and that UPS is now covering it up. The driver completed only one of the required three delivery attempts, yet the package was suddenly marked as “in the warehouse.” Since then, it’s been nothing but excuses. I’ve called the 1-800 number repeatedly, and customer support has been completely unhelpful. Every single time, I’m told I’ll receive an update within 24–48 hours and that another delivery attempt will be made. That update never comes. After a full week of my nonstop calls, it became clear the package was likely lost, so I tried filing a claim online. Instead, the website prevented me with an error message saying I couldn’t submit a claim for my tracking number. When I called again, the “Technical Team” claimed it wasn’t an error at all, I’m simply not allowed to file a claim for this shipment. So to recap, UPS failed to complete required delivery attempts, failed to provide updates, failed to locate the package, and then blocked me from filing a claim entirely. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. I will not be trusting UPS with my deliveries again.

Recently UPS switched to insanity mode and started returning to sender ALL shipments claiming "illegible address labels". What an anomaly. Theatre of absurdity.

I had a nightmare experience with UPS that turned a simple package shipment into weeks of frustration and potential financial loss. I shipped a package to Italy via a forwarder, paying $82.26 for their promised 2-day service. Instead, it arrived after 5 days, and then sat idle at Italian customs for another 7 days. Customs conducted an unauthorized inspection without my presence and claimed the product’s value was higher, demanding extra fees as if it were a business shipment. When I rightfully refused acceptance and requested the return – a standard customer right – UPS dragged their feet for another full week before even starting the return process. After endless emails and calls, the package finally made it back, but now the forwarder is holding it hostage, claiming UPS demands an outrageous $329.47 for the return, complete with a shady invoice. This fee is higher than the product’s value! UPS’s service is unreliable, their processes are opaque, and they take zero responsibility for the chaos they cause. Delays, poor communication, and indirect involvement in what feels like a scam – avoid them if you value your time and money. There are far better shipping options out there!

Worst delivery company known to man. Had to take work off just so I could sign for a package that was delivered 6 hours past the expected delivery time.

I'm giving it a one star because zero is not an option. U p s must be the worst courier ever. And i've worked with many of them over the years. Every time they are to deliver packages to our apartment, they never deliver it.They either leave a sticker saying they tried, which of course they never did. I was home one day all day waiting for the delivery and all of a sudden, I get an email saying that they attempted delivery, but we weren't there. I run out to the front of the building only to find a sticker stuck to the intercom box. .All they had to do was enter the code, and we would have let them in. Today we're expecting two packages. We didn't even get a sticker. My wife got an email saying that we can pick them up at a ups store! So my advice don't use ups or let your vendor know that you will not be buying from them if they use ups. Obviously this company does not care or read any reviews done about it because it continues to happen. So my wife and I are focusing on vendors now and letting them know that if they're using u p s, we will not be purchasing from them.
