If you want your package delivered don't use UPS. They will not deliver to my address because I made a complaint about their Driver. The delivery isn't the issue, it's the Harassment with all the Falsified Notices that are sent out to me saying "Out for Delivery" "Sorry we missed you" with a note claiming I wasn't available, which was a lie. They had no intent on delivering the package. This Harassment continued for 5 days , then they initiated "RTS"-Return to Sender. This has been going on for 4 Years. I would give them NO STARS, but then I couldn't provide the review. Using UPS wasn't my choice, the company I ordered from sent it UPS, after I told them not to.

They continue to dump my packages at the WRONG house! No delivery pictures, just its at the front door. The picture I did get was the WRONG house. I was just in a massive car wreck. Not only did they dump my packages I cannot get to the store for at the WRONG house, they dumped my attorneys packet at the WRONG house. They keep telling me to contact the seller. The seller is not the idiot in the truck driving to the WRONG address! THIS IS NOT MY HOUSE UPS!!!

Hoestly, why would anyone use UPS? Worst courier ever 13 days late! DHL isn't a lot better. Fed Ex is the most consistent I find.

Worst delivery company ever. Delivery delayed by 3 days and no update on the website. I don’t understand why online companies use such a bad delivery company as UPS

Im sapose to have a package delivered today on the 29th. Now tracking is showing that I won't receive it for another 3 days. Tracking shows that it took 7hrs to go from Moses lake to Spokane wa. These two cities are about one hour away from one another so how is that even possible. I am also one hour away from Spokane and I now have to wait 3 more days to receive this package. When I contacted ups they pretty much told me im just screwed and that ups don't work on Saturdays and I will not receive this tell Monday. What is going on with these slow deliverys.?

Claimed that there was a customs hold between England and Scotland, makes zero sense as there is no trade barrier. A full week passes before they even send it out for delivery. Driver didn't attempt delivery but I can only assume marked it as attempted delivery failed for the second time even though the was about two hours between dispatch and attempted delivery so I doubt they even tried once. Customer service is truly awful as well just repeating sorry for the inconvenience.

UPS drivers are the worst, they don't ring the buildings intercom, and if you request them to do that, they will disappear your package, and the customer service sucks, they will inform you what you already know, don't use this carrier the service is a nightmare.

Terrible experience with this company. Make sure you read all the information about what you’re covered for but apparently unless it has been packaged by a manufacturer (for shipping) it can and will get damaged beyond repair. They absolutely smashed up a brand new vanity sink unit, put it in a different box without the sink, and then decided to deliver it back to us. £400 lost. They will not pay out or do anything to resolve this. You will not be covered for any damages. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

UPS is by far the worst courier company and customer service is even worse. Had a package coming to me from Calgary and then sat at a depot in Saskatoon 6 days and still hasn’t been shipped.

I booked UPS to South Africa with Interparcel on a Friday. The expected delivery was the following Tuesday by 11am. I dropped off the parcel immediately around the corner from me. The parcel was not picked up and when I popped back to the shop they said UPS had not picked up on that Friday. As it was a holiday on Monday, the parcel was picked up on Tuesday, and at that time UPS tracking said it would be delivered on Thursday. UPS tracking is terrible - often out of date and showing incorrect information. In addition, Thursday could NEVER have been possible, because there is always a payment for clearing customs, which the recipient paid immediately he was asked. Then UPS told me it takes around 48 hours before the parcel is released. Eventually UPS tracking said it would be delivered on Monday. Finally it was delivered on Tuesday. Even 24 hours after delivery, UPS tracking still was showing that the parcel was in their system, and that the customs fee still had to be paid. Needless to say, this whole saga caused both me and my recipient a lot of stress, and a lot of time trying to get sensible answers. I have had from both Interparcel and UPS emails apologising for the poor service. However, despite asking Interparcel for a refund for a delivery that was delayed by a week, and with ridiculously poor levels of tracking, their answer was that the service was never guaranteed. What a terrible cop-out.

I paid the the import VAT & received confirmation. The day the package was delivered my husband was told the import charges hadn’t been paid. Unbeknown to him it had been paid. So the driver said he couldn’t leave the parcel until my husband paid. Thinking I hadn’t paid my husband paid again. When I rang to inform of the situation the lady on the phone could hardly speak English so I had to be out through to another department. I was then told the department I need to speak to was closed. Not a very happy customer 😡

HORRIBLE to deal with! Can't get an honest answer from any agent, they make false promises, give you the run around, flat out lie to get you off the phone. They lost a package of ours and we have called multiple times to try to get a refund. They don't care at all about any kind of service. Still trying to get a refund a month later. They went as far as calling the owner to try to trick him into saying we received the package! If you can use another freight provider, do.

Wij wachten inmiddels al meer dan een maand op een pakket dat ‘ter inklaring’ in Apeldoorn ligt. Ondanks dat wij alle benodigde gegevens meerdere keren hebben aangeleverd, gebeurt er simpelweg niets. We worden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en het dossier zou inmiddels al meerdere keren geëscaleerd zijn door verschillende medewerkers, maar opvolging blijft volledig uit. Als bedrijf zitten wij hierdoor serieus in de problemen, omdat ons verpakkingsmateriaal vaststaat en wij onze klanten niet kunnen uitleveren. Reacties op talloze e-mails blijven uit en telefonisch krijg je vooral het gevoel dat je lastig bent, zonder dat iemand echt kan helpen of verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Dit is voor de zakelijke markt absoluut onwerkbaar. Betrouwbaarheid en communicatie ontbreken volledig. Het is onbegrijpelijk dat er in Nederland nog zo met klanten wordt omgegaan. Ons advies: kies een andere vervoerder. Hier kun je als ondernemer simpelweg niet op bouwen.

UPS SUCKS! Lost my package in transit after they picked it up, called them, absolutely no help. They stated they can’t do anything contact the shipper after UPS had already picked up the package and is in transit. Blamed the shipper. How could it be the shipper’s fault if it was in the hands of UPS ? No accountability at UPS ! If there was an option for zero stars I would give them that.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with UPS, and I would not trust UPS with important deliveries. I ordered a package worth $3,800 that required my signature upon delivery. UPS never delivered my package, but lied that the package was delivered and the signature received. While I was at work, I received a phone notification that the package had been delivered despite the fact that I was not home to sign for it. When I returned, there was no package and no delivery notice. Customer service later claimed that the package had been delivered and even stated that a signature was obtained, which is simply not true. This situation represents a significant failure in both delivery protocol and customer service as well as raises serious concerns about their handling of high-value shipments . The apparent disregard for signature requirements and the provision of misleading information are deeply concerning, particularly given the value of the shipment.
