For a scheduled delivery (9:00- 18:00 !!) I waited the whole day and at the end they did not show up! When I called they told me they gave the package to another courrier who could not deliver on the scheduled date (20/3/25). They, UPS, rescheduled the delivery for coming Monday (24/3/25)! Hope dies last...!

Terrible. Ups are holding my stock hostage even though i have paid the duty. No one human to speak to its terrible. We are a small business and this is hurting us badly

I’m very surprised of their bad delivery system. My package was out for delivery on 15 March 2025. It wasn’t delivered and the reason given customer wasn’t reachable which is a lie. Today it’s 18 March, I call their customer service and he tells me he is not the driver and can’t do anything about my delivery. Also I am surprised to pay custom charges which I never faced it in Amazon or other delivery services. I thought the delivery charges would have covered it. Anyway will never use them again

Absolutely rubbish customer service. They don't deliver the parcel on the date they provided instead they said the street No is wrong and next they said the weather is bad while the weather was excellent. When I call the customer service they were not aware of it. Real garbage company.

Have now been waiting three days for delivery of supplies for an insulin pump. They seem to think someone can wait in all this time. This delivery has to be signed for otherwise they take it to a drop off point which is miles away. Without transport would have to take a taxi to collect it. Its impossible to speak to someone who can sort it out. told they do not recognise tracking number, which was on their e mail. We do not choose this company it is chosen by medicare. Worst ever delivery company to deal with

I ordered a package on March 3rd from Georgia. On March 6th the package was in Texas, less than 80 miles from my home. Four days later, it was in California, just to say it was going to come right back to Texas and be delivered on March 13th. Efficiency is not a strong suit for this company. Why send a package an extra thousand plus miles in the wrong direction once it was with in a stones throw from its final destination. Now, I won't be able to use the ordered product for its intended purpose since it will arrive after leaving the country.

The whole UPS delivery is broken! The driver claimed delivery failed. However, I was at home the whole day, no door knock, no bell rang. Tried to contact UPS by the virtual assistant. It was USELESS and BROKEN!! Asked for a callback 3 times, no call back. Requested to call them. The number is fake 1-800-742-5877. And my parcel is now stucked in the warehouse and got no delivery arranged. What can I do?? HELPLESS

Since October 2024, UPS has consistently failed to deliver our packages on time. In November and December alone, around 100 parcels arrived 1 to 2 days late. As a business shipping perishable goods, timely delivery is critical, and this level of service is unacceptable. If these delays persist, we will have no choice but to switch to FedEx. Very disappointed.

UPS is a bottom tier service. I paid to have a package delivered overnight and still hasn’t been delivered. The driver stopped at my home at 11:20 this morning and couldn’t find my package on his truck. He told me, he would come back when he found said package. Haven’t seen him since! Never again UPS

Sender got package sent right off immediately after me buying product. And was on schedule to get here early as I needed it asap. It got to Nashville early and has been on the delivery truck since 5am this morning. It is now 5:10pm and no package. Not surprising for u.p.s.

Love how the UPS delivery status says it was delivered tonight at 7:14 PM, but when I go to my mailbox nothing is there. And we have secure boxes for delivery and because of how late it is UPS is either lying on the delivery or it went to the wrong address. Why don't you hire competent deliverers?

I've had consistently poor experiences with UPS deliveries. Parcels are frequently late, customer support is unhelpful, and the delivery personnel in my area are often unprofessional. While I've had issues with UPS in the past, the last two weeks have been particularly problematic. Three recent orders (where UPS was the carrier chosen by the merchant, not myself) have highlighted these shortcomings. The first parcel arrived a day late, which is typical for UPS. The second was delayed by two days. The third is currently stuck in customs. Its estimated delivery date has been changed three times, with the latest change pushing it back by a full day just moments before the scheduled delivery window. Frankly, UPS struggles with the fundamental aspect of their business: timely delivery. It seems they excel only at failing to meet expectations.

2 packages delayed due to weather. One was in Norfolk where I live on Thur Feb 20th but can't be delivered until Monday the 24th. The other was in Richmond, 2 hrs away, on the 20th and can't be delivered until Monday the 24th. Meanwhile, FedEx, facing the same weather and with the package being located 4 hrs away in North Carolina on Feb 21st, is competent and capable enough to deliver a package on Saturday the 22nd. Go with FedEx.

After delaying my package delivery 4 times, (supposedly for weather conditions, in which I managed to drive to and from work each day without difficulty which is 50km each way) UPS delivered my package in a garbage bin at the beginning of my lane. Yes, in a garbage bin, with garbage bags in it, that was NOT my bin, and not even near my house. The driver actually took a picture.
