UPS has been an absolute disaster. I paid extra for next-day delivery, and now it’s been two full weeks — no package, no real explanation, just a black hole of incompetence. Their tracking system is useless, their customer service is a joke, and their automated messages are as helpful as a paper umbrella in a hurricane. This isn’t just bad service — it’s misleading, dishonest, and deeply disrespectful to customers. UPS promises speed and reliability, but what they actually deliver is frustration, lies, and radio silence. I feel scammed. I wouldn’t trust this company to deliver a pizza, let alone an important package. Use literally any other service if you care about your time, money, or sanity.

Mijn ervaring met UPS was ronduit schandalig. Zendingen verdwijnen alsof het de normaalste zaak van de wereld is, en wat wél aankomt, is vaak beschadigd of duidelijk gemanipuleerd. Dit getuigt van een ernstig gebrek aan professionaliteit, veiligheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Wat nog erger is: de klantenservice doet alsof dit allemaal normaal is. 2nd time overnight shipment of live fish was delayed with no explanation. Delivery automatically changed to next day even though I paid for next day.

Very unprofessional company,lost the invoices for international shipping,never contacted to resolve it,and when I contacted them and offered to resend documents,just arranged shipping back,with no further explanation.

Didn’t stick to delivery date. When delivery was made, the parcel was left in the open, in full view if anybody fancied stealing it. This is not a delivery service, this is a ‘chuck it and run’ service.

No stars! Delivered my package to Third pty, Michaels. I go for pickup at 4:30pm and the Affiliate tells me that they can’t find it and maybe it didn’t even get delivered like they say. The affiliate says UPS always says that they made the drop, prior to making the drop. Frustrated, i file a claim. I am not about to be chasing a package that should have delivered to my door, or at least some kind of hang tag should have been left for me. An agent called me and assured me that they would find my package and deliver it to my door. Two weeks went by, the package ended up back at the shipper and UPS NEVER contacted me back to explain. I will avoid UPS at all costs in the future, in both my personal and professional shipping opportunities.

Firstly, Late with the delivery. Then lied about the "package being an irregular shape" or "not package correctly" (It was a rectangular shape package in a cardboard box then shrink wrapped) Then they charged me £21 extra !! Absolute joke. No better than a Scammer. Awful experience.

Terrible website that doesn’t work across multiple search platforms. Customer support is all shipped offshore to people who speak barely understandable English and often don’t know how to help and just repeat themselves. Cutting all possible corners wherever it’s possible to save a penny and it shows.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Using UPS Again I was waiting for a parcel from my father-in-law in Italy, which contained expensive items including olive oil and other personal belongings. UPS claimed the package was destroyed and told me they threw everything away. No detailed explanation, no accountability. I tried calling customer service multiple times, only to be told that my father-in-law had to file a claim from Italy to even begin the refund process. When he contacted UPS in Italy, they said it wasn't their problem because the parcel was sent intact. So now both sides are just blaming each other and no one is taking responsibility. This whole ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I’m even starting to worry whether they actually destroyed the parcel or stole it. Either way, I’m left with no compensation and no answers. I’ll never trust UPS again and I strongly advise others to think twice before using them.

I am writing to share a frustrating experience I had with UPS customer service earlier today. I initially called to ask for a drop-off location and was connected with someone who unfortunately could not understand English. Despite my request to speak to someone who could, the representative continued trying to assist me. I did my best to provide all my information, even resorting to spelling everything out using the NATO alphabet, such as "V for Victor," to make myself understood. It was an incredibly frustrating situation, and to make matters worse, they hung up on me after I asked for an English speaker. Determined to resolve my issue, I called back and was connected with a lady. I explained that I simply needed a drop-off location, and she put me on hold for over ten minutes. Much to my dismay, she also hung up on me! 😡 This experience has left me feeling quite upset and disappointed with UPS's customer service. The USP website is also out of date, and there are no drop-off locations in the area, according to the website, which was wrong. I was able to find someone by driving to a DHL delivery location, who then directed me to a UPS site. I hope that sharing my experience can help improve the service for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

So this is the second time in less than 10 days . I paid for overnight shipping and didn’t get my package for at least 2 days. The reason I say at least 2 days is because as of now I have not received my overnight package. They are not accountable.

I waited all day long for an important delivery that I was informed could come anytime of the day until 9pm. I waited ALL DAY LONG. No updates whatsoever from UPS. At 8:45 pm I called UPS to see what the deal was concerning my expected delivery. I was told it will be there tomorrow. Problem is that I may not be able to spend yet another day waiting all day long for the package. What good is tracking updates if I am not sent any updates whatsoever???? To add insult to injury the Customer service rep at UPS said my package could be sent to a local "holding place" but could not find the one near me......then he said it would cost me seven dollars and change for me to go this route. WHAT????? I already paid for the product and delivery on a specific date. UPS couldn't deliver it on time, and to add insult to injury, they have the audacity to charge money to hold it for me. I have nothing good to say about UPS, but I certainly will be speaking my mind to anyone who will losten. UPS, you have fallen so far from the once great company you used to be once upon a time. What a shame.

I am beyond frustrated with the horrible service I received from UPS in Manitoba. My package was delayed for days without any updates, and when I finally got in touch with customer service, they were rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. No one could give me a straight answer, and I was transferred multiple times without any resolution. 10 days waiting! To make it worse, the delivery driver claimed they attempted delivery, but no one showed up — I was home the entire day. No door tag, no call, nothing. This is not the first time UPS has failed to deliver properly, and frankly, your service stinks. It’s unreliable, inefficient, and completely disrespectful to customers’ time and money. I check today my track and my status is delivery, but not in my address, I don’t not in what address delivery my package !!!!

Paid expedited shipping for a financial check, truck shows up 48 hours later with no package Says it will be on another truck. Getting help or filing a claim is very difficult almost impossible. Do not recommend

UPS is consistently late with delivery. They post package delivery on Friday and then on Monday before 4 PM and still no package. They do not realize that due to theft, customers stay home to receive packages and track them. I really hate UPS. They need to learn from Amazon.
