UPS Portugal: appauling service, rude and disrespectful customer service representatives who hang up during the call because they cannot face questions.
I paid for an express 3-day delivery from the UK to Portugal, the parcel arrived to Portugal within 1 day and was stuck at the warehouse in Leiria for 10 days with no update and empty promises to deliver tomorrow, and so on for 10 days.
The statis was updated every day to: delivery unsuccessful, wrong address, fix address… while the address was correct.
I would never recommend UPS service in Portugal to anyone. Don’t waste your money and energy on unprofessional, irresponsible and unreliable service.
