Your system sucks! I was charged twice for UPS my choice now it’s saying my address is registered with another account. You can’t change a pick up location for a package

I live in Bismarck, ND. My UPS driver lost our apartment set of keys and now it is our fault that they can’t get in. They just run up with the sticky notes ready and leave. Poor service, even if u sign up for text alerts they don’t call or text. Do not ship with them.

The warehouse is literally across the street where I reside and my deliveries are way late in the day unto the next day even if I paid for faster delivery, they are late. From this point on I will not buy anything from businesses that use UPS, USPS is 10x faster believe it or not

While they sent an email saying the package would be here on Wednesday and to pay the fee to the driver then they send another email saying it would be here on Thrusday and never showed up . When I called customer service they said no you have to pay online and there is no other option and now I have to wait till Monday for my parcel and apparently they don’t have a place where they keep packages so a person can pick it up you have to pay the $27 fee and then they can release your package and they remain on the truck till it is paid . I will never use UPS again worst experience of my life and worst customer service I have ever seen .

Always bad experience please use the alternatives. I don’t recommend it at all. They are not on time and many times they lost packages .

Worst company ever and they lie on the UPS app saying they tried to deliver packages. Management sucks also with fixing complaints.

They're shameless and disrespectful! They make you pay for every service (and not cheap) and then they don't even come to pick up the goods when they should! The customer service is so rude and just stops replying after the first sentence... I am so disgusted by this behavior and I have never been treated this way before! Shame on you!

Worst customer experience ever! Package was attempted on Wednesday, rerouted to a store Wednesday night... and still no package on Monday. I have called the store as well as customer service and continue to get mixed information. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???!!??? Calling customer service and have literally been on hold for 20 mins now. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she placed me on hold hoping I'd just hang up! All I want is to pick up my package but they are making this more than it has to be. It's ok to say I dont know but to treat your customers in such a negative manner is UNACCEPTABLE! And I'll wait on hold until my phone dies or the rep " hangs up." And I'll continue to leave bad reviews until UPS finds my package and delivers it as promised. This was overnight shipping as well so I'm so confused on why its taking almost a week to get my package! Do better UPS!

I sent a phone to panama from Toronto, through UPS, the charge was $176 for shipping. It happened UPS lost my phone, now I only got the shipping money back and nothing else. UPS are a bunch of scammers. Even the shipping money they didn't want to refund. It took them about 6 month to refund the shipping money back, now what happened to the phone, only the know and I got 0 compensation for it. Disgusting company to deal with.

Tracking said delivery would be between 10:45 and 1:45, so I planned my day around that. At 11 am the map showed the truck about a mile south of my house, so I assumed my delivery would be shortly. Then it showed the truck icon right on my street, so I'm sure delivery is imminent. Next time I check the map the truck is back south of my house, further away than it was before. Site says delivery time had changed to "before 9 pm." Now we're past 1:45, so I check the map again and it shows the truck is back on my street, so I'm looking out the window waiting. Next time I check it the truck icon is 3 miles north of my house and the delivery time is changed to "before 7 pm." Then the truck logo is a mile west of my house, then back on my street, then two miles north again. Package was finally delivered at 7:30 pm. My local UPS store said that might have been because they wanted to deliver first to businesses that closed at 5, but most of the places I saw the truck were in residential neighborhoods. Why can't the truck just deliver in a straight line? Seems like it would save time and fuel instead of being -- literally -- all over the map. Would never use UPS as a shipper but as a recipient I have no choice.

The delivery person broke our shed door in February. I have contacted UPS several times via email and they always say they have passed it on to Exeter and then we never hear anything! Awful!

Horrible service. UPS shouldn't be allowed to run as a business. Their app is impossible to use and customer service impossible to reach. Drivers make no attempt to deliver to the right place.

Horrible Customer Service. Trying to resolve an issue either on the app, website, or by phone is a nightmare. I deleted my My Choice account and will never give my business to UPS again.

The package hit London Kentucky office and they swapped addresses and sent it to Williamsburg Kentucky instead... promised it by today...then I call and the same supervisor told me the wife said husband was in hospital and he can get it picked up tomorrow and I can meet driver on highway exit on his way to Richmond tomorrow...if not it will be Monday...I don't believe it... you hand changed my address and I got to play games ...I am really thinking about filing a theft report through state police and calling news crew...I got screenshots of where they said it was delivered to Williamsburg Kentucky not happy ... supervisor should not promised I'd have it today either...was promised it would be picked up yesterday and delivered yesterday today the latest

Worst customer service. Had an amazon return package left out only for a UPS driver to leave a pamphlet on it that an attempt was made. However, UPS driver did not ring doorbell to see if anyone is home and figured it was easier to say they tried.
