Firstly, Late with the delivery.
Then lied about the "package being an irregular shape" or "not package correctly" (It was a rectangular shape package in a cardboard box then shrink wrapped)
Then they charged me £21 extra !!
Absolute joke. No better than a Scammer. Awful experience.
