My perishable food delivery was not delivered on a Friday when it was already sorted and in a truck. It went to a warehouse for the weekend and they had the nerve to delivery that next Monday late afternoon - all the food was soaking wet from defrosting and a $200+ waste of food. She shipper sent a replacement order and said it happens all the time and UPS won't reimburse them. I made a claim and 2 days later still have not heard a word. Crappy service
