“We have a driver named James on our route. Hatcher mtn rd Sevierville TN. He is so nice and courteous brings my pkgs to my door. We have had other’s cover him they leave them “On The Road by mail box!!! Not James always at the door as he is suppose to he hoes beyond his call of duty even though he’s on a fast schedule. We think he should be commended for being what a ups man is all about! Thank you Lucy Masters 2704 Hatcher mtn rd Sevierville TN 37862”

“Cant believe I am reading some negative comments on here for bad service. I can honestly say Leeds dep have gone way beyond to help me get my parcel today. 5 star all day long from me. Which at the end of the day was my fault for having the wrong delivery address. When they are companies out there which you just cant get passed auto telephone services you have to be one of the best. Thank you so much”

“the driver delivered an empty box, he waited and helped me whilst we packaged up the item to be sent back to dell for repair. please pass on my thanks to the driver who came to my home on 19/07/2019 in queensbury Clayton heights Bradford”

“Totally useless. When I see that UPS are going to "deliver" a parcel I fear the worst. Never attempt to bring anything to my house, just take it to a nearby drop-off location and never communicate what they've done. I dislike them, like really detest them.”

“I used Parcel2Go.com for the first time last week to send a parcel to the USA, using UPS as the courier. The parcel was collected by a very polite and friendly courier and with the tracking service I was able to see all the various stages and the handling involved in getting it to the recipient! I am taking time to write this review as I was so impressed with the service, as the parcel arrived a day ahead of schedule and in good condition. Very impressed with the service and would definitely use it again and also recommend to others!”

“I used UPS through interparcel.com and thought they were amazing. My parcels were collected 12 hours after the booking by the delivery driver who was very smart looking in sharp uniform - first impressions count. Delivery to France took 48 hours and cost me half the proposed cost with Parcelforce. I will definitely use both interparcel and UPS again.”
