“I just wanted to give a really great review to the delivery driver who gas dropped off parcels to SW12 the last few days, Sadly I don’t know his name. He has dropped off parcels twice in the last few days is so cheery and friendly. Please feed back that it’s appreciated. Thank you.”

“Raining, so driver hurled my ALREADY OPENED package over the gate and onto my drive. He then drove off quickly. I took photos and have shared these on Facebook as well as part of my review of the item that I had bought (part for a musical instrument). The link here to attach an image doesn't seem to work. Absolutely disgusting service by a driver who had no interest in providing anything like even a weak service.”

“I must have been lucky. I read all the negative reviews and was not expecting my parcel to arrive on the stated date. It arrived on time from Germany taking 4 business days. I thought the service was excellent. As I say, I may have just been lucky but no complaints from me.”

“We have a driver named James on our route. Hatcher mtn rd Sevierville TN. He is so nice and courteous brings my pkgs to my door. We have had other’s cover him they leave them “On The Road by mail box!!! Not James always at the door as he is suppose to he hoes beyond his call of duty even though he’s on a fast schedule. “Cant believe I am reading some negative comments on here for bad service. I can honestly say Leeds dep have gone way beyond to help me get my parcel today. 5 star all day long from me. Which at the end of the day was my fault for having the wrong delivery address. When they are companies out there which you just cant get passed auto telephone services you have to be one of the best. Thank you so much”
