“Honest reliable when service really counts Poland receiver Consignee on May 10 2021 We use Ups for everything It’s a pleasure when companies use Ups services easy-great with Rs1,2,3 if your not home they come back and at Farmingville they will hold it for you Valuable and trusting drivers Signature release for specific valuable pricing on orders helpful with information. Medication Cvs deliveries arrive safely beyond satisfied. Customer service in bar none the best and they wear masks following state laws.”

“I shipped a family portrait that I packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap, cloth, paper, cushioning boxes inside their box. The clerk at their store stamped "fragile" all over the box. I used their shipping cost calculator, but it didn't warn me about the extra handling charge for the dimensions of the box. It arrived with the glass broken, which could only have happened if the box were dropped violently so that the frame put too much pressure on the glass. If I'm paying an extra handling charge for an oversize box shouldn't it get more careful handling? And from start to finish they are impossible to communicate with.”

“Store 5234 Fm78 Sqn Antonio Texas. This store IS AWESOME! I HAD SOME CRITICAL DOCUMENTS TO DOWNLOAD LIKE ASAP! AND THE THREE YOUNG MEN THAT WORKED THEIR ASSISTED ME IN GEETING THEM OFF AND FAXING THEM. WHILE THERE I ALSO OBSERVED THEM HELPING OTHERS IN AN EXPEDITIONOUS AND COURTEOUS WAY! LOVE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! IN THE AREA! STORE5234 FM78 THE BEST! THANK YOU!!!”

“Raining, so driver hurled my ALREADY OPENED package over the gate and onto my drive. He then drove off quickly. I took photos and have shared these on Facebook as well as part of my review of the item that I had bought (part for a musical instrument). The link here to attach an image doesn't seem to work. Absolutely disgusting service by a driver who had no interest in providing anything like even a weak service.”

“I must have been lucky. I read all the negative reviews and was not expecting my parcel to arrive on the stated date. It arrived on time from Germany taking 4 business days. I thought the service was excellent. As I say, I may have just been lucky but no complaints from me.”
