“I love getting deliveries from UPS! They are pleasant, personable, respectful of me and my property. They always back in the driveway and never touch the lawn. Just enjoyable experiences. Unlike FedEx.”

“When told by a Co. they only way I could return an item was through UPS since I had no printer to print a return label they would email me and being not very computer literate I was VERY concerned. It was an expensive item but very light weight item & I was only concerned about my refund not the cost of returning it! LO & behold I should not have worried David S., the Manager of store # 7157 was wonderfully patient & helpful 'above & beyond' what anyone would expect. Step by step w'me on my laptop & then when the supposed shipping label from Co. would not download @ UPS presumably because it came from a Co. employees could shop from he used his own phone photo label & then send to UPS. THANK YOU DAVE!”

“I have seen some pretty poor reviews about UPS, from the mistreatment of packages, to packages arriving damaged, to packages being delivered to the wrong address. So, when I got the email saying, "Your package has been delivered." I wasted no time in going to check that my package had indeed arrived, not only had my package arrived, it had arrived EARLIER than the tracking said it was going to be here too, so it was actually a nice surprise, I also checked the condition of my package and it was in immaculate condition.”

“Fabulous service, collected parcel 1600 in London and delivered to me in Spain at 12.40 the next day, less than 24 hrs, great price for such a quick delivery, very impressed, thank you”

“Its to bad that most of reviews are posted out of anger, people take the time to complain, when every thing goes as planed, delivered on time we just expect that level of service. My story, I ordered an item that I was thinking about for a long time and finally did it, it came in to the UPS delivery center om Saturday and 4th of July week end, so I would have to wait for Tuesday to get it, on Tuesday the shipping status said it was out for delivery and so I waited most of the day around the house expecting its arrival, time goes on and I had things to do, I went out and expected it to be here when I got back, when I got home no package, I had supper and waited , it was now 6 pm and I'm thinking its's not going to get here today. At 7:45 PM a truck pulled up and I was quite surprised, the driver said the package was on his truck by mistake, it should have been on the truck parked beside his, aftr he delivered all his packages he saw mine, looking at the address he said it was on his way back to the Wearhouse (Watertown, NY) and stopped off to deliver mine, very nice person who took the time to do the right thing, for a customer and the company, thank you and I'm glad to get my package.”

“Quincy saw me come in the Chapin SC store with a box, he asked if I needed help. I said thank you I'll leave this here while I get my other box. Quincy went to my car and retrieved the box and held the door for me! He quickly completed my transaction. Later at home, I discovered I had the wrong address on one box. Jack took my call, assured me he could correct the address and did so in a few minutes! In this time of compromised customer service and expectations, thank you Chapin employees, Quincy and Jack for your above and beyond help today!!!”

“UPS is by far the BEST delivery service I have ever used in 20 years. By comparison, the competition is mediocre or average (at the best) - DHL, Fedex, etc.. I don't understand how people are not satisfied about UPS, because they get it Right, In time (or ahead of time) and with competing prices. I just stopped using the other companies service, too much headache and bad service. Now I use exclusively UPS. Year after year, delivery after delivery, they ALWAYS excel. Congratulations and keep up the good service, UPS!!!!”

“We live outside of a really small town, and our UPS driver and his Subs have been amazing!!! They are the only company that we know will show up. We've had problems with some of the other companies not being able to find our house, (or just don't want to come this far out) so we always try to use them for deliveries. They are consistent and reliable.Thank you to our local UPS driver for being awesome!!!”

“Every time I order something I'm hoping it's being delivered by UPS. They are so wonderful!! They are the nicest people. The delivery people are awesome. I've had an issue twice with a package having an incorrect address on it. Once, I caught it, called UPS and they tracked it for me and redirected it. You think the post office would do that? HA! They would just send it back, wrong address. He k, the post office often delivers it wrong when it IS addressed correctly. Once, I didn't know the company had addressed it incorrectly, but my UPS guy recognized my name and got it to me!!! How can you get better service than that? My mail carrier delivers my mail to the guy three apartments down from me sometimes. Geez!! If there was a way I could select UPS as my delivery company every time I ordered something, I sure would. They're absolutely awesome. Thank you UPS!!”

“I had a total of 8 packages delivered i didn’t order It was supplies for my daughter. I had to leave them a note because I was going to be gone no one here It couldn’t be canceled once in route. Amazing job ty They returned it for me without hassle”

“My mailbox got hit by a plow and needed to be replaced. My road is very busy with traffic running at 50+ mph. As I started replacing the mailbox, a UPS driver noticed and stopped vjust up ahead so traffic had to slow down. He stayed there until I was nearly finished. That was an awesome thing to do!”
