When told by a Co. they only way I could return an item was through UPS since I had no printer to print a return label they would email me and being not very computer literate I was VERY concerned. It was an expensive item but very light weight item & I was only concerned about my refund not the cost of returning it!
LO & behold I should not have worried David S., the Manager of store # 7157 was wonderfully patient & helpful 'above & beyond' what anyone would expect. Step by step w'me on my laptop & then when the supposed shipping label from Co. would not download @ UPS presumably because it came from a Co. employees could shop from he used his own phone photo label & then send to UPS.
