“After reading a few reviews I was a bit worried. But I had no problem with UPS app, always informed where my parcel was and got delivery on the date they said.”

“We live in a small area on gravel roads with about 20 houses in our town. We have a sign posted private road please drive 5miles per hour because of throwing gravel/dirt. We love U.P.S. We have Amazon, Fed.ex and U.P.S plus U.S. Postal deliveries probably 4 or 5 times a day come through here. U.P.S are the best. They respect the sign posted but Amazon drives about 30 miles a hour and if you ask them to slow down they will tell you not to tell them what to do. I just wanted to write in and thank U.P.S for their respect for our little community here. We always try to use them and we cancelled our Amazon account.”

“Had a parcel delivered today, what a good firm UPS is, speedy, delivery driver was pleasant and polite, kept to all covid rules could not fault him, ups is one of the good delivery firms, cannot fault them, cannot say that about alot of delivery firms. 5*****”

“Joni Calichio I don’t understand why people say bad things about UPS. My driver Pat is a gentleman and the nicest driver you could ask for. They have an app people and you can follow your package and know when it’s coming. If I could give the company a 10, I would. Pat always knocks at my door, plus the app tells me he’s right in front of my house. Your get what you pay for in life, so if the company that’s sending you a package cheap, you’re going to get it late in the day, if the company pays more and gives a delivery time by ( like 10:30 ) then you’re package will be there Before 10;30!!! Has Nothing to do with the driver people, it’s the company you’re dealing with. My packages are always here by the time the company wants them there( that’s why the company paid for) and Pat always has my packages here on time. I love the follow my delivery app!!! Plus on the app you can tell the driver where you want him to put your packages, maybe look into using the app people, not all people are bad, there’s a lot of great people ( drivers ) out there. If you treat someone with respect, you will get respect back 9 out of 10 times!!! Try the app!!!🙂 Thank you so much Pat for giving me great service!!!”

“Hi wanted to share my deliver experience today from ups. In the past did not have anything good to say but today the ups driver actually rang the door bell. Once I got to the door he was in his truck I picked up my envelope and he waved. Wow I was impressed. He”

“Wow!! Nikka made my life so easy as I was returning a package thru UPS store, at 13750 W Colonial Dr, Ste 350, Winter Garden, FL 34787. I went to other UPS stores in the past, but all the staff at this store was very professional, experienced and extremely helpful. Nikka assisted me, she cared about the clients and she maintained great communication. I would not hesitate to recommend UPS, at 13750 W Colonial Dr Ste 350, Winter Garden, FL 34787 for your business services. Nikka is such a pleasure to work with, keep up the good work. “Just walking in the door and the happy smile and welcome. This store 3468 on Ogletown Stanton Rd still has good customer service. I believe most businesses have pit customer service on the back burner…please bring it back. It needed. Thanks to the gentleman that greeted me. You made my day.”

“Honest reliable when service really counts Poland receiver Consignee on May 10 2021 We use Ups for everything It’s a pleasure when companies use Ups services easy-great with Rs1,2,3 if your not home they come back and at Farmingville they will hold it for you Valuable and trusting drivers Signature release for specific valuable pricing on orders helpful with information. Medication Cvs deliveries arrive safely beyond satisfied. Customer service in bar none the best and they wear masks following state laws.”

“I shipped a family portrait that I packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap, cloth, paper, cushioning boxes inside their box. The clerk at their store stamped "fragile" all over the box. I used their shipping cost calculator, but it didn't warn me about the extra handling charge for the dimensions of the box. It arrived with the glass broken, which could only have happened if the box were dropped violently so that the frame put too much pressure on the glass. If I'm paying an extra handling charge for an oversize box shouldn't it get more careful handling? And from start to finish they are impossible to communicate with.”

“Store 5234 Fm78 Sqn Antonio Texas. This store IS AWESOME! I HAD SOME CRITICAL DOCUMENTS TO DOWNLOAD LIKE ASAP! AND THE THREE YOUNG MEN THAT WORKED THEIR ASSISTED ME IN GEETING THEM OFF AND FAXING THEM. WHILE THERE I ALSO OBSERVED THEM HELPING OTHERS IN AN EXPEDITIONOUS AND COURTEOUS WAY! LOVE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! IN THE AREA! STORE5234 FM78 THE BEST! THANK YOU!!!”

“Raining, so driver hurled my ALREADY OPENED package over the gate and onto my drive. He then drove off quickly. I took photos and have shared these on Facebook as well as part of my review of the item that I had bought (part for a musical instrument). The link here to attach an image doesn't seem to work. Absolutely disgusting service by a driver who had no interest in providing anything like even a weak service.”

“I must have been lucky. I read all the negative reviews and was not expecting my parcel to arrive on the stated date. It arrived on time from Germany taking 4 business days. I thought the service was excellent. As I say, I may have just been lucky but no complaints from me.”
