Quincy saw me come in the Chapin SC store with a box, he asked if I needed help. I said thank you I'll leave this here while I get my other box. Quincy went to my car and retrieved the box and held the door for me! He quickly completed my transaction. Later at home, I discovered I had the wrong address on one box. Jack took my call, assured me he could correct the address and did so in a few minutes!
