“The McAllen, Texas UPS Store on N. 10th Street has provided exceptional service each time I’ve been there due to a particular employee who has helped me send returns. Ramiro is quick to attend to customers and super efficient. He’s also been helpful and friendly with me when I had a technical snaffu. Five + Stars for Ramiro!”

“You guys were very helpful towards me, Especially with your representives, especially helping me today solve the issue with the emails, about those fake packages, which were scams. that werent real. and were an international package. but it wasnt from any of you guys. just a scam email. and i didnt give them anymore information. because i gave my address. but. i deleted the conversation. because. i assumed it wasnt real. at all. especially with the email. that wasnt your company and i really appreciate your help and your assistance you did the best job and you do excellent as terms of answering the phone, asking me. my name and everything else. that i need help with and you do a great job, answering questions especially as a customer representive and i really appreciated it. and i have not really done delivery or really anything but if i would. i would definitely recommend, if i ordered something”

“I have never had a package delivered late, the new app is fantastic. I think it depends on the area you are in and the manager of the location. In my area fedex and usps shouldn't be allowed to handle packages let alone deliver packages.”

“I am very grateful to 2 UPS employees who advised me when collecting my parcel in December and helped me when the parcel was delayed and subject to query in Portugal. Thank you Kyle Wills and Kiel Gibson for ensuring that small,but very important gifts were eventually delivered to my friends.”

“The Ups store on Trumbull Ave in Girard Ohio is wonderful. Jason , who works the counter is fabulous!! He is funny, very friendly, patient and goes above and beyond to try to help you. This is about 4th time he waited on me and helped me with label issues. One time he was helping me, calling another site for me and helping the next customer. Awesome employee!! All times I was returning packages. He's quick, sharp and smart. He knows his job!! 10 stars for Jason.”

“Highly recommend and thank Gail at UPS store 6570 in Melbourne, Florida for her outstanding customer service. We had an unusually large package to mail, she walked us through the steps we needed to take. She was very patient with us, which we really appreciated. Her positive attitude was noted by the other customers in line, which made our trip a positive experience. Please pass on our comments to management.”

“A gentleman named Matthew was very friendly, professional and went out of his way to help me at the Dundas location across from Cloverdale mall. I was unaware of their closing hours and showed up as he was closing the doors but he went out of his way to accomodate me and serve me with a very pleasant attitude. Not enough of this in customer service. Thank you!!!”

“When told by a Co. they only way I could return an item was through UPS since I had no printer to print a return label they would email me and being not very computer literate I was VERY concerned. It was an expensive item but very light weight item & I was only concerned about my refund not the cost of returning it! LO & behold I should not have worried David S., the Manager of store # 7157 was wonderfully patient & helpful 'above & beyond' what anyone would expect. Step by step w'me on my laptop & then when the supposed shipping label from Co. would not download @ UPS presumably because it came from a Co. employees could shop from he used his own phone photo label & then send to UPS. THANK YOU DAVE!”
