I want to leave a heartfelt thank you for John, the UPS driver in charge of deliveries to One Columbus Place. He went far above and beyond to help me with a missing package and gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. John stayed at my building for over 30 extra minutes, making calls to the main office, speaking with multiple people, and tracking the package across different locations—just to try to help me locate it. His dedication, patience, and kindness were truly exceptional. He mentioned he wasn’t allowed to give me his last name, but I sincerely hope UPS knows who he is and recognizes what an outstanding employee they have.
