I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from UPS regarding my recent delivery. My parcel, shipped from Germany and scheduled for delivery to Leicester, UK on Thursday, July 10 between 8:30 and 10:30, has failed to arrive within the stated timeframe. Despite clear tracking updates indicating that the package was en route, the delivery status has not progressed beyond “On the Way”, with a vague and unhelpful “⚠️ Update” notice appearing instead of a meaningful update. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the technical issues within the UPS tracking system. The mobile app displays “technical difficulties,” leaving me completely in the dark about the whereabouts of my package. Given the importance of the delivery and the precise schedule I had planned around its arrival, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I expected a higher level of communication, accountability, and reliability from a global courier company. Instead, I have encountered delays, poor visibility, and a lack of support options in the face of problems. I strongly urge UPS to improve its tracking infrastructure, provide timely updates, and ensure customer service is responsive during such situations. Based on this experience, I would be reluctant to trust UPS with future deliveries. Rating: 1/5

I faced a tough situation when my account got blocked following a withdrawal request. I was concerned about losing my investment. Thankfully, Mrs. Mercy and her team provided excellent support. They kept me informed, worked fast, and helped me recover my money without any issues.

Ethen provided exceptional service at my local UPS store Number 5932 at 5892 Lucy Road Suite 132. When returning an item to Amazon I accidentally selected whole Foods market, which made my QR code difficult to scan at the register. At this point, Epton and provided step-by-step directions on how to edit QR code on my phone.. with his assistance, I was able to retrieve the correct QR code for UPS location that made my day. I did not have to make a second trip home then back to the UPS store. Thank you, Ethan.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

UPS lost my high-value package worth over $2,000 — no responsibility taken. This wasn’t a small envelope — it was a very large box, and it was lost when it was already near my house. The package had all my personal clothes and business inventory. UPS admitted they lost it but just told me to contact the shipper. Both UPS and the shipper are blaming each other, and I’m left with nothing. For such a big, high-value package, this is beyond unacceptable. I saw all the bad reviews after this happened — now I understand why. Never using UPS again.

I paid for a quick delivery because I need this package because i was meant to take it on a flight with me and I have to wait till Monday to get it delivered and ma having to move my flight tickets

Paid extra for over night delivery due to heart medication needed. Instead showed up 2 days later which I believe is actually ground delivery. Contact customer service number and after speaking to a customer service representative was given a automatic system that said everything was done correctly. Was just a way of getting more money and delivering less. Next time will go with competitors.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with UPS. My delivery date was changed multiple times without any notification. I only found out by checking the tracking myself. After these delays, UPS handed off my package to the local post office without explanation or accountability. Now, the package is marked as "in transit," but no one — not UPS, not the post office — can tell me where it actually is. I needed this item for an upcoming trip, and now that plan is compromised. To make things worse, when I called customer service for help, the representative was unhelpful and rude. There was no ownership of the issue, no apology, and no real solution offered. This has been a stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experience. I strongly urge others to avoid using UPS if reliability and customer service matter to you.

The driver keeps on coming on our property to deliver packages to our neighbor. We live in a duplex (2 houses connected) with a fence dividing our front yards. He is too lazy to open their gate, walk on their sidewalk to put their packages on their front porch. We don't have a gate ! Our sidewalk is cracking ! They get a lot of packages ! Called UPS six times about this, put up no trespassing signs and metal stands to block it off and he still does it !

UPS on Denny Ave in Pascagoula, MS. ** Do not use their Notary services ** 3 times in 6 months I’ve tried to use their notary service, and been told, “She left early. Come back tomorrow morning.” Extremely unprofessional.

I am extremely frustrated with UPS and their terrible service. I have been waiting for a parcel since June 10th, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, they failed to show up for the scheduled collection, which set the tone for what was to come. After that, my parcel was delayed while on its way to Ireland. They provided an estimated delivery date that was not met, followed by a new date and time slot that they also failed to adhere to. When I reached out to customer service, I was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. They assured me that I would receive a phone call within the hour with updates on my parcel, but that call never came. This whole experience has been a complete joke, and I would not recommend UPS to anyone. Their lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable.

I scheduled FOUR pickups for one package and each time I paid and got a confirmation email the package had been picked up, and each time it HAD NOT BEEN PICKED UP. Their customer service is in INDIA so you can’t understand the strong accents and it’s a nightmare to get to the bottom of issues. I spent a total of two hours on the phone to get one package picked up.

I have spent 6 hours trying to get a package. First attempt said they needed a security code. Next day they said the address is invalid. But they were here the day before. 7 calls to customer service. Which is in the Philippines. Can't speak with anyone local. Complete incompetence.

I received the following 4 shipping notifications from UPS: June 10: Estimated Delivery Friday 06/13/2025 between 1:45 PM - 5:45 PM. June 12: Estimated Delivery Friday 06/13/2025 between 1:45 PM - 5:45 PM. June 15: Estimated Delivery Monday 06/16/2025 between 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM. June 16: Estimated Delivery Monday 06/16/2025 End of Day. The worst part is that when I left for an appointment on June 16 at around 5PM, I saw the UPS delivery at my parking and managed to talk to the driver who said he finished all his deliveries to which I replied “Are you sure because I’ve been expecting a parcel delivery since Friday June 13.” The driver asked for my address, went back to his truck AND came back with the parcel I had been expecting since June 13. If I hadn’t seen the UPS driver, I would have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered God knows when.

Très déçu du service UPS !W5561934437 Mon colis est bloqué depuis plusieurs jours à leur douane sans aucune raison valable. On me demande des documents (facture) que j’ai déjà envoyés plusieurs fois, mais à chaque fois c’est comme s’ils ne les reçoivent pas ou ne les traitent pas correctement. C’est épuisant et très stressant, surtout que j’ai urgemment besoin de ce colis. Je ne comprends pas comment une entreprise aussi grande peut être aussi désorganisée et manquer autant de suivi. Le service client ne fait que répéter la même chose, sans jamais vraiment résoudre le problème. Franchement, c’est inadmissible. La prochaine fois, je choisirai une autre plateforme de livraison. UPS, c’est terminé pour moi !

UPS is a company with poor quality of personnel and customer service. Packages get lost and never appear, and the biggest coincidence is that lost packages are usually brand name shoes or valuable items. You can complain as many times as you want, but your package will never appear. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Years ago it was a good company

IF I COULD GIVE UPS NO STARS I WOULD! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I PAID FOR 1 DAY SHIPPING AND IT CAME 6 DAYS LATER!!!! THEY HAD MY PACKAGE AT THE MAIN HUB IN KENTUCKY SENT IT TO NJ (I LIVE IN NY) THEN BACK TO KENTUCKY! NOW THAT ITS AT THE LOCTAION 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY CANT DELIVER IT TIL MONDAY.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THE ONE DAY SHIPPING. I HATE UPS!!!

UPS changed the delivery window last minute. Then when I wasn't home to accept delivery the driver dropped the package at a UPS store rather than make a second delivery attempt the next day. Now they can't find my package.

Every package that has been shipped via ups is always late. Will state that it’ll arrive a certain day but is always 1-3 days behind every single time. The drivers for ups are lazy and inconsistent. I have a package supposed to arrive today, past the driver by my house with no package.
