if you really need your parcel.please dont use ups.my parcel was sent from germany.the tracking shows its in ups warehous.after three days the said parcel is broken.but before that i have paid customs charges already.so i m trying to chase them for the charges refund.customer service launched a complain then they said i need to email another department.they didnt reply.then they gave me another email address and they dont even care to reply its been 20 days now i m chasing them.sending them emails everyday.but no response.if this is the way this company ignore the customers.so there would be no ups in near future.and that will be blessings for all of us

I needed to make a return to Amazon and a driver from UPS was coming to pick it up I can work from home, so I decided to do that even though it caused me a bit of an issue. From my workstation I can see my front door and I saw someone putting something in my letterbox. I checked and it was a failed attempt receipt. I was here, he didn't even knocked. By the time I realized what it was I followed him but he was already leaving with his van. I tried to wave but he didn't see me or pretended not to. I called and they put me on hold multiple times. I tried to reschedule it for today, they gave me a time, but when they were selecting the time was not available anymore. So I had to walk to the nearest access point. The item was a tabletop dishwasher, and I had to walk half a mile with a heavy box all because their driver didn't even bother to knock to see if I was in. Would give 0 stars if I could . I paid £10 for expedite delivery, which was meant to arrive on 23/03, and instead I’ve been left dealing with nothing but incompetence and frustration. UPS falsely claimed an attempted delivery as someone was in the office , yet provided zero photographic proof , no knock on the window or any evidence the driver even came near my address. Just a vague update on the tracking system. I then waited in AGAIN for the so-called “next day” re-attempt, only for the parcel to not arrive for a second time. I was then told this counts as a “missed service” but still somehow gets classed as the second delivery attempt — how does that make any sense when no delivery was actually attempted? UPS claims they operate as a late delivery service, but without proper live tracking this is completely outrageous. You expect people to sit around all day waiting with no time slot, no updates, and then STILL not receive their parcel. For someone who’s already had a delayed package, delivery should be prioritised and early ,not pushed back again with zero communication. The tracking system is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Updates are practically non-existent, unclear, and there is no real live tracking to even give a rough idea of when your parcel might arrive. I even signed up for UPS tracking updates thinking it might help . It didnt improve anything. No communication from the driver — no call, no message, no notification to say they’re nearby. Nothing. It’s so bad I’d rather them even leave the package outside if they are going to delay When I finally managed to get through to someone, I did speak to a helpful , lovely colleague, Sushmitha, who escalated the issue which is the only competent part of this entire experience. For a paid expedite service, this is completely unacceptable. This level of service is beyond poor — it’s a joke. I would not recommend UPS to anyone expecting a reliable delivery.

I was waiting for a delivery today from Costco depot in Vaughan. Had the phone near me all day to let the delivery driver in once he Buzzed up. I received a text saying that my delivery was attempted. How was it attempted ? Did they drive to the front of the building then drive off ??? So now I have to wait another day for delivery? Unacceptable!

UPS Cyprus provides shockingly poor service. The customer service is disgraceful—unhelpful, unprofessional, and completely lacking accountability. I paid nearly €400 to ship an 8 kg box from France, only for it to be delayed by 3–4 days because they “don’t have enough drivers.” That excuse is unacceptable at any level, let alone for such an expensive service. This reflects serious incompetence and mismanagement. If you expect reliability or basic respect for delivery timelines, avoid UPS Cyprus entirely.

The company plainly stole my luggage I could write a lot here but the summary is I sent all my belongings through UPS. The company lost the luggage, then charged me 28$ extra cost for "handling fee" of the luggage they allegedly lost, ignored my messages with the ss from airtag and told me they will not refund anything because on 26th page of their terms and conditions they say you cannot send your personal belongings via UPS Absolutely absurd situation

Awful, parcel from scotland to London. 6 days later still not arrived… every day notification received’ today the day!!! ‘ then end of day notification it’s delayed… when I call they say it’s delayed because of customs (it’s UK domestic parcel), then told another parcel to my building address is stuck in customs so they delayed all parcels to this address. This then gets escalated… but then told the customer service can’t contact other teams but at the same time they say ‘a backing team’ is dealing with it as they sent an email to them.., Irritating that I wait in 5 days!! but worse of all this delay has caused a small business to miss out on a very large order… this is now the 5th time this has happened with both domestic and international parcels, out of 6!!’ all I can say is it’s worth investing in a good courier, DHL is the most consistent for me and they have great communication

Everything went wrong from failure to deliver, failure to communicate and damage to parcel. Informed my delivery would be on 12/3/26 any time before 7pm, waited in all day, nothing arrived. Checked status next morning still said delivery before 7pm. Checked again later in the day to see an earlier update that the parcel was damaged and sender will be notified. No further updates. I contacted sender on 18/3/26 - they hadn't been contacted and were going to try and contact UPS to find out the situation. I have contacted UPS today - chat is useless, just gives stock answers. I phoned and was on hold for more than 10 minutes before I was able to speak to anyone (obviously a call centre in India, line very bad). Call centre neither use nor ornament, she kept telling me I had to contact the supplier and get them to chase up my parcel - I refused to do this as it's their job to contact the supplier if they have damaged a parcel, after more than 20 minutes arguing and being put on hold she has eventually said they will contact supplier and email me with an update - will believe it when I see it. In short I would give 0* for this but you don't give that option - I would never recommend using this company to anybody.

What a terrible experience. You have Ignored commercial invoices on my import shipment, Made up a shipment value which you have inflated by 129% Charged import VAT on a made up shipment value (charging 129% more VAT than is actually due) Refused to correct your error despite having been provided with full, detailed correct information. Applied the wrong HS Code for the import transactions Made no effort to apologise for your error Made no effort to apologise for the shipment being a week late (and still not delivered) I’d recommend that anyone looking for a courier for import shipments uses FedEx

Extremely disappointed in my experience with UPS. I paid for overnight delivery on a check that is now missing, despite being marked as delivered. I’ve checked my entire property and my neighbor's address on Route 56 with no luck. To make matters worse, the phone support was non-existent. As a former CS agent myself, I know the importance of communication, yet I was repeatedly hung up on and transferred when asking for delivery details. Now I'm told to wait up to 8 days for an 'investigation' for a service I paid a premium for. This needs to be escalated immediately!

They just left my package sitting in a warehouse in Denmark. I talk to people from India to get answers and I can't understand them or they me. Really insulting to treat customers this wway.. No respect at all

UPS. Terrible experience. Package left at the bottom of the driveway. Weighed 80 pounds. I had no way to get it up the driveway. I had to open the box (and it was raining) and had to carry it piece by into the house. Called and complained. Customer service was no help

I went to my local UPS store on Wednesday, March 11th, to send a small package overnight. Of course, I paid extra to guarantee next day delivery. The next day, March 12th, I tracked the package and the site indicated there was a delay so I called and spoke with a representative who apologized for the delay and said that the package would definitely be there by today, March 13th between 10:30 am and 2:45 pm. After tracking the package it showed the package had reached the UPS facility, but it was not out for delivery. I returned to the store where I sent the package and they confirmed that it was at the facility, but wouldn't be delivered before Saturday, Marth 14th and if not then by Monday, March 16th. I am so stressed and so thoroughly disappointed in the lack of service and unprofessionalism of UPS. The expected receiver of the package is very upset because of the extreme delay. I should have used regular mail, it probably would have gotten there sooner. I was told that I'd be reimbursed. GREAT! That still does not compensate for the stress and inconvenience that I and the receiver have incurred. I sat in my car in front of UPS and literally cried. I will not make this mistake again. FedEx

I’m giving one star only because there isn’t an option to give zero. This has been one of the most frustrating and ridiculous delivery experiences I have ever had. I have never seen such incompetence from a delivery company. The assistants are extremely unprofessional and the entire system is a complete mess. Your couriers have already gone to the wrong address twice and still somehow cannot manage to deliver a simple package. The first time they didn’t even bother trying to deliver it – they simply changed the delivery date without making any attempt. That is completely unacceptable. And the tracking system? Absolutely useless. It gives no clear information, no proper notifications, and leaves customers completely in the dark about what is happening with their package. Overall, the whole service is a complete disaster. It honestly feels like nobody knows what they’re doing. If this is the level of competence at this company, some of your staff should seriously consider finding another job, because they clearly are not capable of doing this one.

Absolutely dreadful. Our neighbour in Canada used UPS to send our replacement credit cards to us in Naples, Florida. We were told to expect 5 days. Seven days later, tracking data showed that the package was in Naples….but it was never delivered. The next day it was on its way to Jacksonville! I tried to communicate through the app, but was told everything was fine. Then the package goes to Ohio - I go to the local UPS store and they gave me the corporate phone contact number, so after a struggle with AI I get to speak to an agent. She takes some convincing, but finally agrees there is a problem and assures me I will receive a call from the “team” to confirm the problem is resolved. I receive no such call. The next day the package is in Detroit. I call again and eventually get to speak to a floor supervisor, who guarantees that the package will be redirected to me in Naples and I will receive I’ve a call confirming this in 24 hours. No call - tracking now shows the package is being returned to sender in Canada. How does this company stay in business?
