0 stars, if I could. I had to ship a package through Vinted, selecting home pickup. The time slot given was extremely vague (8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.), but despite that I waited patiently at home all day. At 3:50 p.m. the courier rang the buzzer: by the time I answered “I’m coming” and rushed downstairs, he had already left! He didn’t even look toward the entrance: I literally saw him speeding away in the van while I was left holding the package in my hands. I contacted customer service. After 10 minutes on hold and several menu selections, I had to repeat my address and phone number multiple times. I was told that “this is UPS policy, couriers do not wait” and that rescheduling would be at my expense — and not even directly through them, but only via the Vinted app. When I asked to leave negative feedback, the operator (polite but unhelpful) showed no interest whatsoever and simply told me it wasn’t his responsibility, suggesting I could leave feedback on the website. Customer service turned out to be both confusing and uninformed: first they directed me to UPS points in Lecce (!!) even though my address clearly stated Monza; then they suggested Buccinasco, and only after several corrections finally gave me a location in Monza… which turned out to be permanently closed, even though it was still listed on the UPS website and recommended by their call center. I discovered this only by physically going there, wasting my time. The same thing happened with a second UPS point (a tobacconist), whose opening hours were not updated. Only on the third attempt, thanks to the availability of another tobacconist, was I able to finally ship my package — and certainly not thanks to UPS. The final insult: the buyer received a delivery notification, but not the package. Even worse, the website’s “proof of delivery” stated: “Signature required”… although no one ever signed anything. In summary: If I had known that UPS couriers don’t even wait long enough for you to walk down a flight of stairs (as confirmed to me by their customer service as “UPS policy”), I would have immediately chosen delivery to a UPS Access Point instead. Customer service is absolutely not client-oriented and shows no problem-solving ability. Civil and constructive complaints are not welcomed. The UPS Access Points listed online and provided by customer service are not updated. Overall, a frustrating and misleading experience, at the expense of the customer.

UPS service in my area has degraded significantly. Packages are delivered to the UPS terminal in Newport, Oregon, and often are not loaded into the delivery vans for 2-3 days! Delivery times are now much longer, obviously. UPS, DO BETTER! PUT THE CUSTOMER BACK INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

UPS is without a doubt the most incompetent, unreliable, and pathetic excuse for a delivery service on the planet. They can’t even do the ONE JOB they’re paid to do: deliver a package to the correct address. Instead, they dumped multiple packages of mine at the wrong location like it was nothing. Absolutely careless, lazy, and unacceptable. Their tracking system is a complete joke, their drivers clearly don’t care, and customer service is nothing but a circle of useless excuses and scripted apologies. No one helps, no one takes accountability, and your package? Consider it gone. It blows my mind how UPS is still in business. They are the definition of incompetence. If you want your stuff lost, destroyed, or tossed on a stranger’s porch, by all means use UPS. But if you actually want to receive what you paid for, avoid them like the plague. UPS doesn’t deserve customers, they deserve bankruptcy. Worst delivery company in existence — period.

UPS sucks! It states on their tracking that it missed me when trying to deliver the parcel. Well, I have my front door camera which shows NO delivery from UPS ever came by my house! You suck and you LIE!!!

The word experience ever, sent a package, they charged me 14.00, package was never delivered stating the mailing address does not exist when it does exist and I have the letter with the address sent by the company. The package contained important documents and had a deadline to be delivered. Called the store 5 days in a row, no answer, left message requesting a call back, never got a call back. Finally called the main office, a manager promised the package was going to be sent to me in 2 days, I never got it, a rep from the store name George said the package was with them and I had to go to pick it up, after never being delivered, did not want to refund my money, the manager never spoke to me, HORRIBLE SERVICE, THE WORST EVER, FEDEX moving forward. This is the store in Culebra Rd. San Antonio, TX.

UPS consistently delivers my packages on time and in good condition. Their tracking system is reliable and the drivers are always professional. Sometimes delivery window can be a bit wide, which makes it difficult to plan my day. Otherwise, a solid service that I can count on

Driver delivered to wrong address and when I call to speak to someone there is a horrible language barrier and he tells me it was delivered to my home and there's nothing more he can do. So I got nowhere with customer help from them and still missing my package due to driver not looking at the address properly!

Very angry at UPS's unprofessional service. Said they'd deliver on the Wednesday but I couldn't get time off work so asked for delivery on the Thursday. No problem. Took a day's leave to make sure I was in. UPS never arrived. Still in the depot apparently. My parcel still hasn't arrived, and what's the betting when it does, they'll just dump it in the garden to be stolen. And I have to give them one star for this?!!

Misrepresentation, terrible service and complete incompetence. I wanted to ship a present from Vancouver, BC to Seattle, Washington. I called TWICE (both the day before and ON THE DAY) to confirm I can send the article, and BOTH TIMES I was said yes. So I proceed to PAY THEM TO DO WHAT THEY CONFIRMED THEY CAN DO. The next day I learn that the package is stuck at customs for the exact same reason I called UPS twice. I call them to inquire why the package is not delivered and they proceed to tell THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS COMMUNICATED the day before. They promise to give me a call back a number of times with resolution and I hear nothing back. As a result, I now have to wait for the package to returned to then struggle to receive a refund for the service that was rendered as a result of MISINFORMATION BY UPS employees. The level of incompetence, service and overall experience is completely appalling. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They keep shipping our packages to a local store to pick up because they are to lazy to deliver them! It's ridiculous this is like the 5th or 6th package over the past 2 mths we have had to go and pick up! I will never choose to ship with UPS or receive if I have a choice!

I dropped off a pkg on Monday and was told it would get there Thursday. I specifically told them it had to get there by Friday. They guaranteed it would get there by Thursday. I paid extra for the shipping. Well, it never made it Thursday or Friday. Today is Monday and it still is not there. I called customer service and asked for a refund and was told NO because it was scheduled for a ground delivery which takes 5 to 7 business days. They never told me that. He guaranteed me Thursday delivery. I will never use UPS again and will be telling everyone I know not to use them either. $48 refund is not going to break UPS.

I cannot believe how bad their customer service is, I have communicated with two different people there over the last month and have not had any resolution. Even though it was promised in a few days.

I had a package reported delivered on July 30. Problem with the delivery... It was delivered to a business 22 miles from my home. Amazon stopped just short of accusing me of trying to run a scam. They required me to file a police report before they would CONSIDER a refumd. They believed it was delivered, they assumed to me. Turns out someone in the delivery process(UPS) printed a different label with a different address and placed it over the original with my name and street address still clearly visible. I found my $477 package 6 days later. I asked the business owner "Why would you sign for a package that isn't addressed to you". She responded " the UPS drivers don't want to deliver to places outside of town so they print a label with my address slap it over the original and leave them here". It was just dumb luck I found it. (The business charged me $5 for my package.) UPS didn't inform Amazon, the sender or me what they had done. Consequently someone was on the hook for $477. The UPS automated system provided the delivery information that lead me to my package it provided the following information: " Delivery was made at (time) to Ash Fork, Az, package was left at the front counter and signed for by Abby". No address, business name and who the f... is Abby. 6 days of aggravation, frustration, anger, Police report, hundreds of miles of driving, Calls to Amazon and a police report. All could have been avoided with a simple act of courtesy. If doing the jpb you were hired to do is to much... Let someone know. Someone owes me. Someone owes my county sheriff. Someone owes the business owner that they involved. I won't hold my breath, afterall UPS would have to care about providing a positive experience / outcome for their customers. Enough said I'll leave it there. I have a picture of my package with the altered original shipping label. In the future I and the people in my sphere of influence will avoid doing business with UPS.

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. During my time working there, I witnessed numerous unethical practices that left many customers disappointed and out of pocket. The company frequently advertises products it cannot fulfil and often substitutes orders with lower-quality alternatives to maximise profits. Orders are regularly delayed or never dispatched at all, and customers who request refunds rarely receive them. Despite portraying itself as a larger operation, the business is actually run solely by the owner, Sean Currie, with the support of just one admin assistant. All sales and support communications are handled by Sean himself, although he gives the impression that a full team is managing operations. From what I observed, even the one other admin appeared unhappy in their role — and understandably so. Our main responsibility was to lie to customers in order to retain sales, even when we knew that orders were delayed, cancelled, or unfulfillable. Throughout my time there, I received numerous complaints from customers who said they were forced to raise chargebacks through their bank due to what they described as fraudulent activity. Many felt they had no other choice, having been ignored or refused refunds after their orders were not delivered. In my short time working there (just four months), two banks closed or refused to continue working with the company due to the high volume of chargebacks and customer disputes — a clear indication of the widespread dissatisfaction among customers. The company is poorly managed, lacks transparency, and operates with little regard for integrity or customer care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

UPS are uniquely bad. Why does any retailer use them? It has to be because they are cheap? They appear to have mastered the art of saying they have "tried to deliver" to your property only to have actually NOT tried to deliver and, instead, delivering to a "local partner" which is often a chaotic newsagents in the middle of a housing estate. This, to be clear, has actually happened to me 100% of the time for the last 3 deliveries. Worse, this time, on being prompted to travel to said "local partner" the package wasnt there. It appears this particular driver confirms the package has been delivered but takes it back to the depot to re-deliver to the newsagent the following week as his schedule allows. What a ridiculous company.
