UPS is literally the worst. I didnt pick them for my shipping. The items I ordered were sent thru UPS. First they sent me an email about tracking. When you try to call the Customer Service, you hear annoying robot on the phone trying to fix your issue which it cannot. It wont let you pass on the representative until a few minutes of craziness. Finally when I got hold of someone, they told me that the package will arrive from 12 noon till 4.15 pm. They said someone has to be in house to receive the item and sign for it. No one came. I was stuck at home and couldnt do anything just to find out UPS never showed up either. All employees of UPS should be sent to United States Postal Service or Fedex for training. UPS is the worst.

Customer service is appalling and sneaky. Unacceptable. They say one thing then do something completely different. I hope to never have to use their services again. Companies like this should not exist. It would be a blessing if they went out of business. They are a disgrace and they'll lie to you to get away with anything. Shame on them. Please do not bother replying to this email. My feedback is above.

Package was delayed for 3 days, then I received an attempted delivery notification ..after checking cameras, there were no ups workers anywhere near my street. House..called customer service who gave me a hard time stated i would get a call back. Next day i called again..placed me on hold to speak to supervisor for 30minutes..had to call back the next day for the rep to go you have to call the seller..until I forced him to get a supervisor who was just as useless

My parcel was due today between 0915 and 1215, I took a days leave to make sure I could accept delivery, the package never arrived and now at 1940 the tracker had just been updated to say delivery is tomorrow between 0915 and 1215, at no point did ups attempt to inform me that would not be delivering today, appalling service, you can't even speak to a real person to find out what's going on, never again!

I had a particularly unpleasant experience with UPS in Canada, as they charged me an exorbitant brokerage fee, making me pay $100 for a mere $10 duty. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service to any of my friends.

SHOCKING AVOID AT ALL COSTS If you value your time.. then please do not use UPS their delivery tracker is useless with no real time tracking and customer services department which is outsorced to India are totally useless and waste of time.. YODEL are far better at deliveries. . At least you can track their drivers at real time.. been told delivery expectations for morning and its now late evening!!  With no promises or guarantee of delivery other than clinging onto dear hope.. pathetic company lack of professionalism at every level.. Do not offer time of delivery. . Only for it not to arrive yet.. Doubt common sense will prevail in this daft company. . You have lost my trust and based on client reviews . I am not the only one..

Paid for 48 hour delivery. Was supposed to arrive on 1st November but didn’t arrive until 6th November. Customer service line was awful. Asked for a manager to call me back three times - never received a call back. Rude staff. Online system change of address doesn’t work. Rip off service would never ever recommend or use again. Avoid at all cost

Ups charge me £289 for £137 clothing import items, I had worse ever customer service, calling billing customer service they out me trough clearance department, they hang up phone or i spoke 6-7 people and nobody answer me clearly, they charge £236 for 20% Vat for £137. They explained value if goods 20% which is £27.40 , freight fees, i have no 8dea whats that because i paid 250 euros for shipment and £7.49 adjustment vat. I waited almost 2 months for dispute and still didnt get clear answer

My package said it would be delivered by 7pm. Please called customer service when it did not arrive and the rep said it would be delivered by 7:30. At 8pm I called back and was then told it would be delivered by 8:30. By 9pm package was still not delivered and the tracker on the website was still saying it was to be delivered by 7pm. This is extremely infuriating considering it was a very important medical device that was being shipped and the fact that both customer service reps lied to me. Driver never came and package never showed up.

I'd give a zero if I could!! My neighbour witnessed a UPS van (BJ19 ZCX) reverse straight into my garden wall and recycling boxes! Damaged the wall and snapped the legs off my recycling trolley! UPS basically sent the driver and his supervisor round who spoke to my neighbour who clarified she'd seen the driver do it, the driver refused to say anything and then the company denied anything had happened, passed it to their insurers who said without cctv there's nothing they can do! UPS continued to ignore me, not even an apology. Absolutely disgusting. Steer well clear because this company couldn't care less about anyone or anything. All about the money and screwing the little people.

Worst company. They employed people that steal item and they can't account for missing items. My tracking number is 1ZA4Y7100441555989. None of them is responding to me. They immediately trick u to file for a claim that never comes. Customers service is useless when it comes to information. They refused to provide the details of my missing items. And would not say where they have a physical office.

I've been waiting on a delivery for over three days! Called customer service and no help, just excuses! Received texts messages out for delivery, on the way then back to out for delivery.. unprofessional parcel delivery company! This should be ZERO stars for UPS in Austin, Texas!!

Quoted £61 on their website to send an item. They charged me £162 I'm disgusted. Tried to speak to them but nobody can actually give a reason for this massive overcharge! They just say it's a quote. But over double charge is just disgusting. Don't use UPS !!

Took longer than expected to deliver as in a month longer when finally delivered the drive through it up the stairs and walked off should have been singed for contact the company said they had a word with the driver refused refund even though it was broken said they will be back in contact been over 6 months naw no response at all

I live in a rural area with the nearest stores 1 hour away. I depend on mail order for lots of things. Now UPS has decided not to deliver to my home on Monday and Wednesday. I called to complain and the lady I spoke with lied to me and told me they are still delivering on those days. They are NOT. And do I get a refund on shipping since they are not delivering on the day I paid for? This is very annoying. I am no longer a fan of ups.

Ups Ireland worst service ever. This is the second time you are keeping my belongings for weeks without any explanations. No legal department, no resolutions. Drivers are not equipped with a phone so they simply don’t call and don’t delivery the parcel. I am waiting my package since 3 weeks this is simply unacceptable. Invest in your resources, invest in your equipments. Worst delivery company ever.

Wrong shipment charges and shockingly unethical practises I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the unjust and unfair situation that has unfolded regarding a shipment commissioned by our client in Japan in September 2022. Since April this year (8 months later), UPS UK has been attempting to hold us accountable for the costs of this shipment, even though it was not commissioned by us and that we never agreed any responsibility for its expenses. We have engaged with UPS agents, clearly conveying that this shipment was not initiated by our company, and thus, we cannot bear any liability for the associated costs. Shockingly, it has been brought to our attention that UPS has manipulated the original waybill document with the deliberate intention of charging us for a shipment that we never authorized or agreed to. Our attempts to address this issue have been met with nothing short of frustration and futility. We have reached out to the complaint team, only to be handed from agent to agent, each repeating the same unhelpful responses without any genuine intention of assisting us. This pattern of evasion and lack of accountability is deeply concerning and does not reflect the level of service we expect from a reputable company like UPS. What perplexes us further is the stark contrast in practices between various shipping companies. While some industry leaders such as DHL require digital approval prior to shipment acceptance, or withhold delivery until payment is settled, it appears that UPS's operational system is alarmingly underdeveloped. Resorting to questionable tactics like harassing innocent parties and falsifying documents to extract payment is not only ethically questionable but also highlights a serious flaw in their system. As a consumer, it is both outrageous and distressing to witness a corporate giant like UPS arbitrarily impose charges on individuals and small businesses for services they never consented to, especially when these actions involve tactics that undermine trust, like manipulating documents. Such occurrences leave smaller companies like ours feeling powerless and unfairly targeted. While the damage to our trust in UPS has regrettably been done, I am compelled to believe that there are still individuals within the organization with a genuine sense of fairness and empathy. I implore these individuals to step forward and help us navigate this unjust debt that has been thrust upon us. We understand that mistakes can happen, but how they are rectified speaks volumes about a company's integrity and commitment to its customers. We sincerely hope that UPS will take a close look at this situation and rectify it promptly, not only for the sake of our company but also to restore faith in the values and ethics that UPS should represent.

It's impossible to update your delivery address, delivery instructions and create an account online. My password kept not being approved every time I logged in. When I tried to update my delivery address the website said I had to upgrade to ups ground and pay since there was no where to leave instructions. I said fine I'll pay but everytime I'd go in to update it would say not allowed I was trying to leave delivery instructions because I live in a busy area and they just leave you package outside. My roommate has had three packages stolen because the ups drivers are to lazy to walk through the business through the back doors that lead to the apartment and leave your package by your door. There is no way of talking to anyone at ups they don't give you the option. So I called the ups closest to me and they said they have no way of helping me with leaving delivering instructions for the driver. So between having to deal with that and stores and returns I suggest just going to the mall to do your shopping. It's unfortunate because there's a lot of stuff online I like but these lazy @$$holes make ordering online a nightmare!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could use -star I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My experience has been very bad. 4 to 5 days delivery turned into 5 weeks & the parcel was not lost at any time. I sent over 60 emails to three counties to try to resolve there communication & interaction issues. I was told it takes up to three days to get a reply from an email There is no one to speak to who can actually make contact via voice, all call centres & accounts are not in same country as despatch or receiving counties. There are no personnel that are multilingual. People are bureaucratic & uncaring of your time lines & responsibility. I had to go & pick my parcel up from the nearest delivery depot (50 miles away) I turned up to depot & they brought out my parcel & then said I could not have it as accounts had not cleared it to be picked up even though I had an email saying the account was paid. They would not accept this as it had not been sent to them. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
