I had a package reported delivered on July 30. Problem with the delivery... It was delivered to a business 22 miles from my home. Amazon stopped just short of accusing me of trying to run a scam. They required me to file a police report before they would CONSIDER a refumd. They believed it was delivered, they assumed to me. Turns out someone in the delivery process(UPS) printed a different label with a different address and placed it over the original with my name and street address still clearly visible. I found my $477 package 6 days later. I asked the business owner "Why would you sign for a package that isn't addressed to you". She responded " the UPS drivers don't want to deliver to places outside of town so they print a label with my address slap it over the original and leave them here". It was just dumb luck I found it. (The business charged me $5 for my package.) UPS didn't inform Amazon, the sender or me what they had done. Consequently someone was on the hook for $477. The UPS automated system provided the delivery information that lead me to my package it provided the following information: " Delivery was made at (time) to Ash Fork, Az, package was left at the front counter and signed for by Abby". No address, business name and who the f... is Abby. 6 days of aggravation, frustration, anger, Police report, hundreds of miles of driving, Calls to Amazon and a police report. All could have been avoided with a simple act of courtesy. If doing the jpb you were hired to do is to much... Let someone know. Someone owes me. Someone owes my county sheriff. Someone owes the business owner that they involved. I won't hold my breath, afterall UPS would have to care about providing a positive experience / outcome for their customers. Enough said I'll leave it there. I have a picture of my package with the altered original shipping label. In the future I and the people in my sphere of influence will avoid doing business with UPS.

Our packages constantly THROWN onto our Front Steps not Our Rear Door as requested via the Delivery Preferences we chose on THEIR website i.e. Company Smartphones, RAID drives and Laptops. Rude Lazy drivers. NO delivery problems with FEDEX, AMAZON or USPS just UPS!! We even have a Sign!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. During my time working there, I witnessed numerous unethical practices that left many customers disappointed and out of pocket. The company frequently advertises products it cannot fulfil and often substitutes orders with lower-quality alternatives to maximise profits. Orders are regularly delayed or never dispatched at all, and customers who request refunds rarely receive them. Despite portraying itself as a larger operation, the business is actually run solely by the owner, Sean Currie, with the support of just one admin assistant. All sales and support communications are handled by Sean himself, although he gives the impression that a full team is managing operations. From what I observed, even the one other admin appeared unhappy in their role — and understandably so. Our main responsibility was to lie to customers in order to retain sales, even when we knew that orders were delayed, cancelled, or unfulfillable. Throughout my time there, I received numerous complaints from customers who said they were forced to raise chargebacks through their bank due to what they described as fraudulent activity. Many felt they had no other choice, having been ignored or refused refunds after their orders were not delivered. In my short time working there (just four months), two banks closed or refused to continue working with the company due to the high volume of chargebacks and customer disputes — a clear indication of the widespread dissatisfaction among customers. The company is poorly managed, lacks transparency, and operates with little regard for integrity or customer care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

UPS are uniquely bad. Why does any retailer use them? It has to be because they are cheap? They appear to have mastered the art of saying they have "tried to deliver" to your property only to have actually NOT tried to deliver and, instead, delivering to a "local partner" which is often a chaotic newsagents in the middle of a housing estate. This, to be clear, has actually happened to me 100% of the time for the last 3 deliveries. Worse, this time, on being prompted to travel to said "local partner" the package wasnt there. It appears this particular driver confirms the package has been delivered but takes it back to the depot to re-deliver to the newsagent the following week as his schedule allows. What a ridiculous company.

Lost two of my packages and would put updates like it was our address that was wrong. We were outside and ups driver said it wasn't on his truck then left and said out address was incorrect. Went on for two days then showed it delivered but never was. Total joke of a company, probably why they are laying off 20,000 people 🙄

What impressed me most about MADACOVI.CO was their process. As someone from a tech background, I appreciated their systematic, data-driven approach to asset tracing and recovery. MADACOVI.CO utilized digital forensics, IP tracking, and third-party platforms to track my crypto transactions. No fluff—just clean, structured communication backed by visible progress. The experience felt more like working with a specialist cyber unit than a customer service department. Highly recommended for tech-minded individuals who value process and accountability.accountability.

I hope I never have to deal with UPS again. I paid for the 2-3 day delivery and at first it was going just fine, until I saw the UPS truck pull up to the front of my house, the guy didn’t even get out of his seat, looked around outside and then drove off! The next day, my tracking said it would be delivered between 12pm-4pm. Did that happen? No. Now it’s Pending and no one at UPS will even tell me what is going on. We all make mistakes, maybe it got put on the wrong truck, I don’t know, but it’s all just frustrating. I’m a teacher and school is starting back up soon so I really did not have the time for UPS to not do their jobs. Genuinely the worst postal service.

I paid extra for fast home delivery, expecting my parcel within the promised 3-day timeframe. Instead, UPS took 4 days to drop the parcel at a convenience store for collection — a cheaper service I never agreed to. The following day, I called customer service. They told me the parcel would be delivered to my home “within the day, maybe in an hour.” I waited — but a few hours later, I received a call from a private number saying they couldn’t deliver it at all, and my only options were to go collect it myself or wait until sometime next week. I had no choice but to collect the parcel myself from the convenience store — wasting my time and effort. To make matters worse, the tracking information only changed to ‘delivered’ and ‘received’ after I collected the parcel myself, falsely implying the delivery was completed at my home. This is completely untrue — no UPS courier ever came to my house. So, I paid for a service I never received, had to do all the legwork, and I’m still waiting for the £5 refund for the downgraded delivery. If you want to be treated like a donkey, waste your money, time, and be misled by false tracking and poor customer service, then UPS is the company for you. Otherwise, avoid them completely.

UPS is by far one of the worst delivery services I’ve dealt with. They never deliver to my home, even when I’m clearly home and waiting. Instead, they constantly drop parcels at random pickup points—often not even the one I selected or the closest to me. It’s frustrating, unreliable, and completely defeats the purpose of home delivery. If I wanted to pick it up myself, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery in the first place. Avoid if you actually want your package delivered to your door.

Own a business and ordered a plumbing fixture from a supplier that used UPS to deliver it. In the past I have had quite a few late deliveries where it’s at least a few days late but this time I specifically ordered for next day delivery. It was pushed back a day and I could live with that. But as I was tracking the delivery and saw that they were blocks away from delivering it was cancelled. Very disappointed so far as it’s holding up a job now. So when I tracked it I was told it would be delivered the next day. Again I track it and see it loaded on a truck again, given a 10:00 to 2:00 window for delivery. I pull it up on a map that supposedly has gps on the truck and again 2 blocks away. And what do I get, delayed again. Now the excuse is the same as the day before that says that there was a problem with a trailer that caused the delay… so 2 days in a row it’s loaded on a truck, 2 days in a row I can see it’s blocks away from being delivered, and then some BS about a trailer? Ridiculous. Why have tracking if you can’t even follow it. I was supposed to leave for vacation and trying to have my men set up to get work done and now it’s going to hold up a job cause after I got overnight delivery it’s now a week late and was put on a truck at least twice? What’s going on over there UPS? You might push me to stop purchasing from a supplier because I can’t get anything delivered on time anymore.

Was returning a package that weighed about 75-80 pounds. I returned it to UPS 10945 State Bridge Road Suite 401. I did not have a dolly or cart; RAJ, an employee, was kind enough to walk with me to my vehicle and help me carry it in. It was also 95 degrees outside. He was very nice and did not complain about helping me and he did it with a smile on his face. Thank you RAJ

If I could rate less I would. Since 2020, I have NEVER received a package delivered by UPS to my home. Either the driver doesn't even leave a ticket on the door and leaves it at the drop spot, they don't buzz the buzzer at my apartment and leave a ticket, or they send my item back to the sender. I'm at the point that even if I want a product bad, I won't get it if I know the company even only sometimes ships with UPS. I am beyond fed up. Within this same week as these pictures, I received Amazon deliveries inside my building with no issue.

Just want to thank Cody our driver for Barrett rd, Ferndale, Wa. He is always on top of everything. Comes on time and packages are in good order. Recently he went above and beyond by letting us know we had an intruder behind the office. With his letting us know & quick actions from the police we were safe. He is definitely top driver! Thanks!

Wednesday 7th of May 2025 posted a parcel at the Congleton depot and agreed to pay £21.89. However in the same week and without my permission a further £61.63 was taken from my Bank account, this theft and fraudulent use of my visa card details. I did call at the Congleton depot where Sharon and Wayne said they would deal with the matter. I sent a WhatsApp message to Sharon asking for an update in June only to be told it was being delt with and she would contact me when more information was available. We're almost August and this money still hasn't been refunded. I've spoken to customer service today following a lengthy phone call now got to wait for someone to look into the matter but no reference number give which I find very strange. This company is not to be trusted with card or bank details in my opinion. Very disappointed Patrick

I want to leave a heartfelt thank you for John, the UPS driver in charge of deliveries to One Columbus Place. He went far above and beyond to help me with a missing package and gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. John stayed at my building for over 30 extra minutes, making calls to the main office, speaking with multiple people, and tracking the package across different locations—just to try to help me locate it. His dedication, patience, and kindness were truly exceptional. He mentioned he wasn’t allowed to give me his last name, but I sincerely hope UPS knows who he is and recognizes what an outstanding employee they have. He turned a stressful situation into a reminder that there are still people who genuinely care. Thank you so much, John!

I have never seen a job messed up as bad as UPS has messed up delivering an item that I am still waiting for. Totally inexcusable. My item was supposed to be delivered Thursday but didn't even reach New Stanton, PA until 11:17 Thursday morning. It still had two more stops before being put on a delivery truck so on Thursday the expected delivery changed to Friday. Problem is my package sat in New Stanton all day Thursday and all day Friday, so my tracking then updated to an expected delivery of today. I even did text with customer service yesterday who assured me that the package would finally be delivered today. Only my package didn't depart New Stanton until 3:28 this morning. It reached Pleasant Valley, WV at 5:10 AM and departed there at 9:12 AM, too late for it to reach it's finally location to be delivered today ..... AS PROMISED!! Why is it that Pleasant Valley, WV was able to receive my package and send it back out 4 hours later, something that took New Stanton 2 days to do?!? Now some of you may be thinking "we've all dealt with late deliveries, get over it" and typically that is my way of looking at it but the whole disaster hasn't even been told yet. This is the 2nd attempt by UPS to deliver my package. I ordered this item over 2 weeks ago. The first time they were able to transfer it all the way to it's final UPS facility where it was then damaged and sent back to the seller with no attempt made at delivery. This is an item I urgently need for work. I urgently needed it at the time I ordered it, over 2 weeks ago. So now here I am still paying money to rent an item that I paid a ton of money to purchase 2 weeks ago. This package weighs over 100 lbs and is a very well built and durable piece of equipment, extreme negligence would be necessary in order to damage it to the point it couldn't be delivered. If 100 lbs is too much for you get help. Use a dolly. Take your time. I feel like this thing, in a box, could be dropped off a loading dock and not get destroyed to the point of not being delivered so I'd really like to know what happened to that first package. Too many in this country just don't care. Either don't want to work or work because they have to but don't want to be there and don't care about their performance as a result. So they destroy stuff that people paid for and then we as a customer have to try to get answers from outsourced foreign customer service we can hardly communicate with. More than being angry or any other feeling I am sad for this country and what it's become. What has happened to us as Americans and our work ethic? Keeping the customer happy and taking pride in our work used to mean something. This country is crumbling and we better get it figured quick before it's too late. Who knows, maybe it already is.

I've had two deliveries via UPS. The first one was from overseas and they charged me customs on the full price amount of the items, when they were in the sale. They also charged me a handling fee. It was an inordinately complicated and time consuming process to challenge this. They eventually gave me a refund, minus ANOTHER handling fee. I call near-scam on this. And then today I received another delivery, dumped in the rain (it was a cardboard box) halfway up the drive because the courier presumably couldn't be bothered to get out of their van, open the gates, delivery the package properly and then close the gates again. I've complained to the seller.
