I ship things all over the world and never really need to do a claim. When it came to do a claim with UPS it was awful it was for $100 item and they made it hard for everything never got the money for the item I finally just refunded my customer money to make them happy the box was completely trashed and they wouldn't pay anything. Dont use them I wont ever again!

Very bad experience, with UPS driver Mr.Kit, who triggered the lift alarm twice, and when asked driver of Veh GBL536J shouted at the officer, using chinese vulgarity in an open concept that everyone can hear. UPS, should look into the matter seriously, as drivers bad attitudes may portrays on the UPS company as a bad image. Driver, his frustration should not vendor on others, as officers we are only delivering our duty, following procedure. I hope, company will look into this, and as for myself I will never use UPS service, AT ALL. Very bad experience.

I had a notification days early that my delivery would be Tue 3rd June between 11:15 - 14:15. Took the day off work. NO DELIVERY and tracking still not even showing as Out For Delivery. Contact them? Forget it unless you speak German! WASTE of my time AND a day off work!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed to reroute 2 packages and told them repeatedly I needed them there before Monday. I was given an address that UPS suggested for fastest delivery if picked up by receiving customer. I told them I have 2 packages coming and gave both tracking #'s for rerouting. She assured she looked up both #'s. End result, after 1 1/2 hours on phone I paid extra for rerouting and she only rerouted 1 of the packages and after speaking with another UPS employee found out that they did not upgrade my service so the packages won't arrive before Monday. Actually they may not arrive till Tuesday. Waste of my time and money.

I packed & mailed a package of Corelle coffee mugs Oct., 2024. I packed the box carefully & marked Fragile in big writing on red paper. When the package arrived, 10 of the 12 mugs were broken. The box had a dented in corner & my sister said it was obviously dropped. I submitted all the supporting documents in December and February, of which were ignored. Today, May 30th, 2025, I took paperwork for the 3rd time. The clerk said it was longer than 6 months & I can't file a claim. Secondly, UPS won't pay a claim unless they pack the box. The UPS guarantee of $100 minimum is a LIE!!!! I will never ship with UPS again.

UPS tricked me. My package was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it — no call, no notice, nothing. I’ve contacted them multiple times since December 2024. They just say an investigation was started, then never follow up. No refund, no answers. Now it’s May 2025, and it’s too late for my bank to help. It feels like their system is designed to stall and avoid responsibility. This is not customer service — it’s a failure.

After 22 minutes on a call with customer service I can accurately assess that there is no room for process improvement ideas in that company. My package I had overnight shipping and the shipping times kept getting changed. Not a big deal because it was the same day. I worried that they would deliver the 30 minutes I wouldn’t be home so I updated to no signature required. There was no alert or pop-up that making this change would DELAY the delivery an entire day. I paid for overnight shipping because I needed it by that date. Now it’s getting delivered tomorrow and requiring a signature is back on. Moving my schedule around a second day is not an option. The solution they offered me was to call the company that I purchased the item from and see if they could fix it. Say what?! My item is still on the truck and less than a mile from my house and the business I bought the item from can fix UPS processes? If there’s any way to not have UPS deliver to my home again I’d be all over it.

I reschedule my delivery that requires a signature from May 22 to May 23 which cost $10. UPS still attempted delivery on the 22nd?? It was not deliver on the 23rd or 24th. After many attempts I finally spoke with a human who is now telling me it will be delivered on the 27th. BTW the person I spoke with was in India or Pakistan , definitely not American. If UPS was serious about customer service they would connect you , easily , to a human. They are hoping you’ll give up and they will not have to deal with the customers.

I have had a problem receiving my packages with Ups .Now they are remodeling the apartments where I am staying but the apartment I am staying in is completed. They are saying someone is refusing the packages which is a lie I am the only one there so who is refusing the packages. They are either going to the wrong address or lying about trying to deliver my packages because they are assuming because they are remodeling no one is here.I am here. Please deliver my packages.

Ordered a package that I needed in 2 days. Was told it was out for delivery on day 2. It never came and I have heard nothing from UPS since. Horrible server and the absolute WORST customer service on the planet.

Don’t even notify you through email or anything that your driver is out attempting delivery. The tracking page just tells you a time and they might not even come at the time it says. So you end up getting an attempted delivery notice. LIKE WTF

I ordered two separate packages from Ebay and did not receive either one. Apparently the delivery drivers do not make sure of an address before leaving a package as both were left somewhere other than my home. the pictures taken by drivers were not even my home. This cost me a moderate amount of money and I have no way to be refunded as this is not the fault of the Ebay sellers. When I tried to contact UPS, I couldn't even get through to a human being. Also the automated voice on UPS told me to contact Amazon and I couldn't even state that purchases were from Ebay!

I sent a very important document required for my marriage and UPS just LOST it. Very bad experience. They told me to make a claim and that's it. No apologise nothing. They don't even bothered to see what happen. I was told that they couldn't find any more info on the system and that's it. Wedding postponed now

I paid for next day shipping and the package was received 3 days later. The first call, on the day the package did not arrive, the agent said I had to wait for the package to arrive. The second call, on the day the package arrived, the agent said my refund claim was being processed and could take up to 30 days. The third call, after not receiving my refund, they tell me that I missed the 15 day threshold and now they can't help me. I paid $51 dollars to ship this package.

The driver decided to THROW my parcel over my gate. My parcel had FRAGILE written on the front in big writing… and he decides to throw it. If POSSIBLE NEVER HAVE DELIVERIES THROUGH UPS!
