Wij wachten inmiddels al meer dan een maand op een pakket dat ‘ter inklaring’ in Apeldoorn ligt. Ondanks dat wij alle benodigde gegevens meerdere keren hebben aangeleverd, gebeurt er simpelweg niets. We worden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en het dossier zou inmiddels al meerdere keren geëscaleerd zijn door verschillende medewerkers, maar opvolging blijft volledig uit. Als bedrijf zitten wij hierdoor serieus in de problemen, omdat ons verpakkingsmateriaal vaststaat en wij onze klanten niet kunnen uitleveren. Reacties op talloze e-mails blijven uit en telefonisch krijg je vooral het gevoel dat je lastig bent, zonder dat iemand echt kan helpen of verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Dit is voor de zakelijke markt absoluut onwerkbaar. Betrouwbaarheid en communicatie ontbreken volledig. Het is onbegrijpelijk dat er in Nederland nog zo met klanten wordt omgegaan. Ons advies: kies een andere vervoerder. Hier kun je als ondernemer simpelweg niet op bouwen.

UPS SUCKS! Lost my package in transit after they picked it up, called them, absolutely no help. They stated they can’t do anything contact the shipper after UPS had already picked up the package and is in transit. Blamed the shipper. How could it be the shipper’s fault if it was in the hands of UPS ? No accountability at UPS ! If there was an option for zero stars I would give them that.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with UPS, and I would not trust UPS with important deliveries. I ordered a package worth $3,800 that required my signature upon delivery. UPS never delivered my package, but lied that the package was delivered and the signature received. While I was at work, I received a phone notification that the package had been delivered despite the fact that I was not home to sign for it. When I returned, there was no package and no delivery notice. Customer service later claimed that the package had been delivered and even stated that a signature was obtained, which is simply not true. This situation represents a significant failure in both delivery protocol and customer service as well as raises serious concerns about their handling of high-value shipments . The apparent disregard for signature requirements and the provision of misleading information are deeply concerning, particularly given the value of the shipment.

The biggest problem is, they don’t care. If they did we wouldn’t be having the problems we’re having and they wouldn’t have the reviews they receive. Practically every delivery that originates outside of my state, is delayed. Thursday delivery with signature required, delayed until Friday from 3:15 to 6:15 PM. I rush home and get here about 2:55 PM and there’s already a note on the door the driver was here 2 1/2 hours ago. What’s the sense in having a three hour delivery window if you’re not even gonna come close to sticking to that? Email received they will try again on Saturday. Just got an email stating they will deliver on Monday. It’s like this with every delivery and whoever is running the show and causing these delays needs to be fired. I don’t have these problems with the Postal Service or FedEx. I refuse to use UPS from this date forward and will request an alternative delivery if I have the choice.

COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION with UPS Shipping. I have been waiting for my package (Tracking: 1ZY2YT410402215032) since 08/04 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR — no one can give a clear answer, and I keep getting vague responses and delays. First, they said delivery wasn’t possible because my building has no intercom. HOW is that possible when ALL OTHER delivery companies manage to deliver without any issue? I then changed the address to my workplace — a COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH INTERCOM — and STILL no delivery attempt was made. Now they say I have to collect it, but NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN it will be available at the collection point. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I am traveling today and needed this by lunchtime. The item is VERY IMPORTANT, has an EXPIRATION DATE, and must be refrigerated. I now risk losing it due to THEIR FAILURE. No one knows where my package is or when it will be available. ABSOLUTELY DISORGANIZED service. I would NOT recommend UPS Shipping.

I deeply regret using UPS to send a simple letter to Europe. It has been an expensive, frustrating, and confusing ordeal from start to finish. I initially paid for the delivery, including all the taxes and customs fees upfront. However, once the letter reached the UPS depot in the EU, they held it hostage and demanded an extra 20€ just to complete the delivery. The "hidden fees" didn't stop there. Two days after paying that extra charge, I received another letter at my home address demanding an additional £40. I am beyond angry with this service. It feels like a total scam. Save your money and your sanity—avoid UPS at all costs or you will end up paying double or triple what you expected!

I’m not sure why I keep giving them another chance. DHL isn’t perfect, but it’s still noticeably better than this, and that’s saying something. By comparison, even EVRI doesn’t look nearly as bad. If you’re looking for a reliable courier, I would strongly recommend avoiding UPS. In my experience, deliveries are inconsistent and often fail to arrive on time, and the tracking system is largely unhelpful and unreliable.

UPS deliveries are regularity late. Domestic packages arrive at destination facility and sit there for at least a day or so before it is out if delivery.

Mein Paket wurde als „zugestellt“ markiert, ist jedoch nicht an die korrekte Adresse angekommen. Das Bestätigungsfoto entspricht nicht meinem Standort, und der Kundensupport war schlecht, mit Standardantworten und ohne konkrete Lösungen. Der Reklamationsprozess war kompliziert und ineffizient, ohne echte Klärung. Mangelnde Sorgfalt bei der Lieferung und unzureichende Transparenz machen diesen Service schwer empfehlenswert. Leider werde ich UPS nicht mehr nutzen. * * * I had an extremely unpleasant experience with UPS. My package was marked as “delivered” but did not arrive at the correct address. Prices are ridiculous. We shipped one medium size box that weighed maybe 3 pounds and cost $130.00. Never again, it’s not worth it

if you really need your parcel.please dont use ups.my parcel was sent from germany.the tracking shows its in ups warehous.after three days the said parcel is broken.but before that i have paid customs charges already.so i m trying to chase them for the charges refund.customer service launched a complain then they said i need to email another department.they didnt reply.then they gave me another email address and they dont even care to reply its been 20 days now i m chasing them.sending them emails everyday.but no response.if this is the way this company ignore the customers.so there would be no ups in near future.and that will be blessings for all of us

I needed to make a return to Amazon and a driver from UPS was coming to pick it up I can work from home, so I decided to do that even though it caused me a bit of an issue. From my workstation I can see my front door and I saw someone putting something in my letterbox. I checked and it was a failed attempt receipt. I was here, he didn't even knocked. By the time I realized what it was I followed him but he was already leaving with his van. I tried to wave but he didn't see me or pretended not to. I called and they put me on hold multiple times. I tried to reschedule it for today, they gave me a time, but when they were selecting the time was not available anymore. So I had to walk to the nearest access point. The item was a tabletop dishwasher, and I had to walk half a mile with a heavy box all because their driver didn't even bother to knock to see if I was in. My guess he noticed the weight and decided to pretend I was not in

Would give 0 stars if I could . I paid £10 for expedite delivery, which was meant to arrive on 23/03, and instead I’ve been left dealing with nothing but incompetence and frustration. UPS falsely claimed an attempted delivery as someone was in the office , yet provided zero photographic proof , no knock on the window or any evidence the driver even came near my address. Just a vague update on the tracking system. I then waited in AGAIN for the so-called “next day” re-attempt, only for the parcel to not arrive for a second time. I was then told this counts as a “missed service” but still somehow gets classed as the second delivery attempt — how does that make any sense when no delivery was actually attempted? UPS claims they operate as a late delivery service, but without proper live tracking this is completely outrageous. You expect people to sit around all day waiting with no time slot, no updates, and then STILL not receive their parcel. For someone who’s already had a delayed package, delivery should be prioritised and early ,not pushed back again with zero communication. The tracking system is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Updates are practically non-existent, unclear, and there is no real live tracking to even give a rough idea of when your parcel might arrive. I even signed up for UPS tracking updates thinking it might help . It didnt improve anything. No communication from the driver — no call, no message, no notification to say they’re nearby. Nothing. It’s so bad I’d rather them even leave the package outside if they are going to delay When I finally managed to get through to someone, I did speak to a helpful , lovely colleague, Sushmitha, who escalated the issue which is the only competent part of this entire experience. For a paid expedite service, this is completely unacceptable. This level of service is beyond poor — it’s a joke. I would not recommend UPS to anyone expecting a reliable delivery.

I was waiting for a delivery today from Costco depot in Vaughan. Had the phone near me all day to let the delivery driver in once he Buzzed up. I received a text saying that my delivery was attempted. How was it attempted ? Did they drive to the front of the building then drive off ??? So now I have to wait another day for delivery? Unacceptable!

UPS Cyprus provides shockingly poor service. The customer service is disgraceful—unhelpful, unprofessional, and completely lacking accountability. I paid nearly €400 to ship an 8 kg box from France, only for it to be delayed by 3–4 days because they “don’t have enough drivers.” That excuse is unacceptable at any level, let alone for such an expensive service. This reflects serious incompetence and mismanagement. If you expect reliability or basic respect for delivery timelines, avoid UPS Cyprus entirely.

The company plainly stole my luggage I could write a lot here but the summary is I sent all my belongings through UPS. The company lost the luggage, then charged me 28$ extra cost for "handling fee" of the luggage they allegedly lost, ignored my messages with the ss from airtag and told me they will not refund anything because on 26th page of their terms and conditions they say you cannot send your personal belongings via UPS Absolutely absurd situation
