If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed to reroute 2 packages and told them repeatedly I needed them there before Monday. I was given an address that UPS suggested for fastest delivery if picked up by receiving customer. I told them I have 2 packages coming and gave both tracking #'s for rerouting. She assured she looked up both #'s. End result, after 1 1/2 hours on phone I paid extra for rerouting and she only rerouted 1 of the packages and after speaking with another UPS employee found out that they did not upgrade my service so the packages won't arrive before Monday. Actually they may not arrive till Tuesday. Waste of my time and money.
