“U-Save should be U-Spend. They make money off of over charging insurance. I had the correct insurance needed, and the gentleman told me my liability wasn’t enough and needed to be $300K instead of $100k. The associate then told me liability would be $29/day. I called and raised my insurance for an extra $6/month through Liberty and the U-Save associate told me the change wouldn’t be affective until midnight, meanwhile having the insurance still on the phone telling me it was affective immediately. When I showed him the insurance change on my phone he told me he needed $2k for using my own, and asked if “I still wanted to rent a car or go somewhere else.” I asked to take me back to the airport.
My red flag was after I called them from the airport to get me, after buses were repeatedly showing up from other companies, I waited forever until they showed up in a small car with a U-Save sticker barely hanging on when everyone else had bus shuttles. When I got to the rental facility they were taking forever with the gentleman before who even stayed after to ask me about my issue and how expensive they were. I rent cars all the time through my modeling career. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. SCAM
I ended up going to FOX and they just asked if I had insurance. Had me sign a few stuff and sent me on my way under 10 mins. I believe any other company other than the one that shuttles you in cars is good.”

Google reviews before using U-save, there are hundreds of complaints.
Their web site show revies that they post, no federal or state org controls those reviews.
If you try to write a review you can't because they post "their own reviews"
