I still have not received my items . You emails me saying of been delivered but still not got it ! Please can you try and resolve this or I will have to request a refund

Continuous problems!! And still have not received refund 4/5 weeks later, after several emails sent and no apologies whatsoever!!!!

Don't ever shop here, they dont respond to your emails or take days to, didnt get full refund. WORST customer service.

Charge £5 delivery and £4 return if not wanted TOO SMALL.. Tried to return to Sports Direct (same company) would only give credit note WHY? NO REASON TO NOT GIVE REFUND Sticking to fair companies in future. Cheap and nasty.

Wrong item sent twice then denied sending wrong item I’m sure after you said I ordered it wrong when I reordered made extra caution about what I ordered and still ant wrong item again refused to refund the postal money for return said it was my fault customer service was useless didn’t like the fact there’s no telephone number to speak to some one worst experience of on line shopping ever your nearest competitor was faultless with a wrong item sent never shop with USC again

Items arrived on time and one item still had the security tag attached. Contacted customer service to resolve the issue and was not given any apology just told to return the item for a refund!! Item returned over 5 days ago and still not received the refund. Won’t be ordering again as I’ve found the same item elsewhere but cheaper!

Hermes are not giving me or USC any updates and a week later I don’t have my items nor have I received a refund.

Charged me but later on received email items are out of stock so why don’t you remove them from your list waiting for refund, tried to contact thorough email no response.

Great products, exactly what I asked for, however I paid for next day delivery over an hour before the cut off time and it came two days later, very disappointed, also my orders got dispatched at separate times.. apparently the first one was not paid for but it was, I am still waiting to here back from yourselves via email, I would at least like my refund back for my delivery charge, this was a gift, and was very humiliating

You sent the wrong item and I have had to pay to return it. I would like a refund for the item, the delivery postage and the return postage ASAP.
