“UserPeek has been a strong addition to our UX research study toolkit. It's easy to use, budget friendly, and delivers the insights we require. My only gripe is that the video export function could be a little faster-- it takes a bit longer than I 'd like, particularly when working with bigger files. Still, it's a minor problem thinking about how much we're saving compared to pricier alternatives. In general, it's made remote user testing more available for our team, which's what matters most.”
