Dear Polo Store Alwadah Mall,Abu Dhabi UAE I came up with a complaint letter to your store with my purchase dated__August 31,2025_____. We went to buy to your store with the hopes of a good and appealing customer service but did not expect that we were disappointed and did not make any effort to give us atleast an answer to our plea to change or refund as should be. We made an effort to go to your store first day upon receiving the item as we see when we bought the item you were in a hurry to put in a bag with the store security tag on it,wrong size and could not fit me well. I came to your store and approach your store manager.named Mamoud and told me it’s not his problem and for 4 days I came back and forth to your store to tell the situation and you just told me No Refund , I could have read the receipt and as I trust that Polo is a good and international company but how come I did not received with respect to a high form of customer service an option of the Wrong Size that you gave me. I want to ask for an explanation of this bad experience if not from the staff themselves that assisted us on that day and the store manager but now eleveate I could just let this pass but the bad experience and bad customer service as if no options could be just made to appease us. Waiting for your explanation today.

I ordered from them and never received my order. When I contacted them they claimed it was delivered. I am out $129.00 they are a scam. Do not buy from them.

They robbed me of delivery fees I placed an order on the 18th Aug 2024 number Order USPA49385 for 79.99 and I haven't received it. and on the 3rd of Sept 2024, they sent me an email that the order had been returned and they refunded me 75 pounds and not the 4.99 pounds delivery fee. I haven't asked for a return and tried contacting them via email twice with no response. there is no direct telephone number and it looked to me like it was a scam trying to rob money from customers. I didn't expect that from such a big brand and that's why I didn't check the reviews before ordering

I HAVE ORDER 18 ITEMS ON SEPTEMBER 17 2019 TODAY IS 10/22/19 YET HAVE TO HEAR FROM THEM WHERE IS MY ORDER ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH.I PAID OVER $250 FOR 18 ITEMS.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
