“Corporate greed at its finest. Price increases every 6 months after you sign up. they should be disclosing this up front. There is no overhead light in these units so you will have to bring flashlights, yes, multiple to find your things. If you rent here, just make sure you move out within a year. You've been warned.”
“I had a very bad experience with Patty B, the facility manager who acts like a super boss. If you are going to meet her, work, or rent a unit from her facility, all you can expect are two faces of Patty. The first face is when you visit her office; she smiles, talks to you nicely, and even gives you chocolate. However, right after you step out of her office, she changes her demeanor to that of an arrogant person.
I had a driver, Duane, who had a dark skin. Every time he visited the storage as part of our job, Patty B issued fines, complained at every step, and imposed fees without even seeking clarification. This pattern of behavior extended to other workers as well.
She made a mistake by charging my card for a "punishment fee" over the phone without a credit card authorization form, even though I explicitly requested one. (See attachments) Subsequently, THEIR bank rejected the charge because she did not charge with right way, yet she claimed that we initiated a chargeback, which is impossible without the full amount being posted on the account. She imposed various types of fees, including late fees and chargeback fees.(See attachment)
I would greatly appreciate it if the corporate office takes into account her actions and attitudes towards individuals with dark skin. I believe, with 100% certainty, that I am not the only one who has suffered from her actions. I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY from this facility.
However, there two people, names Dan and Jose, they are really professional, decent and great that you would love to work with. Especially Dan is really great worker who deserves the all respect. I think those people would have handle all these without loosing any big tenants.”
“When I first rented a unit in the Chatsworth facility, the price was the best in town. Not any more. My price is going up again this February, making it the third increase in fewer than two years. I will be paying about double what I paid when I started, although I have NEVER been late with a payment. As soon as I can, I will be moving my stuff out and saving lots of money. They are pricing me out of being a customer. Too bad, because it is a very nice facility.”

“I was told on 4/19/23 that my storage was sold. I did not get phone call nor an email. But the last time it was going to be auctioned I did receive a call and email. This time they are claiming they called my number, but I gave them my new number when this happened before.I have anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and have been heavily triggered. Not to mention when my storage was going to be previously auctioned we came up with a settlement price. And once my friend got there with the cash due to my relocating in another state. He mentioned 200 dollars more. My friend believe the manager was trying to pocket it. Attached are the emails. I am now getting legal council. Do not do business with this company PERIOD! I unfortunately came upon hard times, and now have literally lost everything. My business items, recipes, paperwork for my business, precious family photos, scrapbooks. This was all I had left that I worked my A$$ off for. This whole experience has been so traumatizing. Even in the beginning there was so much unprofessionalism.”
