“Very confusing process, costs kept accumulating and it didn't make any sense. Charges were made by three different companies whose names had nothing to do with the trademark business. It's a scam.”

“This company is a scam. After being bombarded with chat messages while looking at the site I decided to give it a try. First, I should have known better when they told me the trademark name I wanted to work on was available within 30 seconds of chatting. Secondly, after I paid the initial fee, my credit card company wouldn't authorize the second fee charge they wanted for my logo. Third, I called the number on the website as I was fearful that I was being scammed and a person answered the phone with "hello" as if I was calling someone's cell. Once I expressed my concerns about being scammed, I received a phone call from my "filing officer" who sped through the process and told me I could start using the TM within 5-7 days. I told them I am concerned this is a scam and that I wanted them to delete my information immediately. This is the email I received shortly after: Greetings, I am pleased to announce that your application has been promptly completed. Following our discussion with your Case Filing Officer, the process unfolded seamlessly. Your documentation has been promptly forwarded to the appropriate government authorities. At this juncture, there is no opportunity for reversal. Furthermore, you can anticipate a call from the Examine Attorney appointed by the federal government to verify the accuracy of the information provided in your documentation. Failure to comply with this verification process may result in the blacklisting of your application, as it would constitute a violation of government regulations. Please feel free to share your thoughts on this matter. Legal Department.”
