I’m disgusted and disappointed how long they keep you waiting on chat too say waiting 13 minutes and it turns into over an hour how is that good customer service 7 times I’ve tried too get through and still no answer it’s shocking

Spent 2 hours and couldn't speak to anyone or get anywhere with the live chat....the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an energy company.
And we are letting agents and e deal with most.
I was happy to continue with them supplying this property, not any more.
The live chat directed me to a forum where people having issue's can discuss solutions for their problems.

The worst utility company I have ever dealt with. Live chat is completely pointless, they just give you a phone number that you call, wait on hold for an hour, and then they cut you off. Never respond to emails. They rejected a requested supplier switch a number of times but couldn't provide me with a reason so we're stuck with them. Spectacularly bad customer service. I would strongly recommend you go with someone else.

If you looking for a energy supplier don't choose utilita they're absolutely rubbish the service its very poor if you call they live you waiting for an hour or more then you book an appointment and then they cancel the appointment 2,3,4 times it's ridiculous I've been waiting since last year for someone fixing my smart meter display this is unacceptable
