“This is the first time I have used this company and I must say i was quite impressed with the service. They two servicemen came along were polite friendly and did a good job. However I felt pressured into taking out a service contract I didn't want and when I said no, the salesman persuaded me to buy filters at an extortionate price, which I only discovered after they had left and I googled the same filters from amazone for a fraction of the price. Very disappointed not sure if i will use them again. I did complain to the office but they gave than usual response of our filters are better quality.”

“Engineer was fine, but 4 weeks and parts still not been delivered or fitted, numerous phone calls to chase and still no answer as to when it will be fixed. Seriously considering finding another company to service and maintain my Hoovers as I’m still waiting for it to be repaired.”
