“Although domestix does fix the hoover it takes much chasing, waiting, rescheduling and reminding to complete the job. I wonder how quickly they would respond if my monthly payment was late or they had to chase me for payment. I cant imagine they would be as patient?”

“On last service . Could not fault. But previous services shame I could not say the same. Took such a long time for parts that was a part of the plan. And always the part sent, then have to wait again.”

“Was under the impression work on the Dyson would be done at our house.the Hoover was taken away and was told would be brought back 7/10 days. It arrived 14 days later. Despite several phone calls and emails nothing was heard until the day before arrival. My bank account was charged an additional £9 and could not find out what this was for. Would I recommend NO”

“I had my cleaner cleaned and it was done well I think and the chap was nice. I booked to have my oven cleaned and because he wasn’t too pushy I might then put my appliances under warranty too.”
