“Booked an annual service for my Dyson - I pay a monthly amount - and nobody turned up at the appointment time. No explanation, no apology, no reply to my voice mail. Made another appointment for 4 weeks after the initial one - none earlier! Shocking customer service - I shall be cancelling my contract after the eventual service - if they turn up! And want a refund for the months paid for over the supposed annual service date - 3 months! Not at all happy!”
