We opted not to use the white-glove delivery, but the chairs were packaged extremely well, so carefully unpacking them and getting them into the room was easy. We especially appreciated that the chairs come in two pieces, which made navigating our smaller stairwell much easier.
Assembly was a breeze, and we had the chairs set up and ready to use without any issues. They are comfortable, look great, and the built-in charging outlet is a really convenient feature for keeping our phones charged.
