Ive been in constant communications through this process and the Harbour Italian leather three seater and the two seater couches are phenomenal they are stadium sound with heat(which I use every day) they have message cool lights music settings. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these beautiful wonderful couches but to be honest the customer service has been the most wonderful as well.

“Super great couch! The leather is so buttery soft and makes my home feel so cozy. I love the warm color of the cognac, and looks so good with my creams and green accents. I love the deep seats when I want to relax for a movie or show. The only thing that seems concerning is the middle couch cushion feels like a spring is in the wrong place/popped because it will occasionally make a weird sound upon sitting down, and a pop can be felt. But it isn't all the time. Overall it is a wonderful couch and couldn't be happier!”

The Tuscany Luxury 20K Italian Leather Theater Chair arrangement and quality was exactly as advertised and I have had many guest comment on the exceptional craftsmanship and comfort of the chairs. I found the installation guide to be easy to follow and with minimual effort was able to accomplish the full installation in about 30 minutes. I was notified before delivery that the tray tables were on backorder and when Valencia couldn't ship the tables from a US location, the shipping department had the trays shipped from Canada in 2-days. I have the highest praise and accolades to the Valencia team for making this purchase and experience a seamless and enjoyable process.”
