“Don't waste any time working with this company, they have TERRIBLE customer service, they don't even have a phone. They do all their CS though a chat and it takes days, not minutes. I had an account with them for their Crypto, but once ETF's were live, they simply bought the IBIT ETF, that I can do by myself on Schwab, why pay them monthly fees. Once I tried to close my account, it took days and the IBIT ETF dropped and ended up costing me over $2K, from the price when I put in my sale/transfer to when it finally went through. Save yourself the time, headache and money and go elsewhere.
This is purely illegal, it took the service of FORTEHUBZ and their legal advice to get my money back.”
