“Some equipment purchased is of good quality, very happy with the equipment. But your BSP threaded equipment is rubbish and not usable, I ended up replacing all 2"bsp threaded fittings, and several 1"bsp fittings. I will not use any BSP threaded equipment from you in the future”

Hi Rob. Can you let us know what ones? Ours are all qualified in Rp gauges so they all pass the go no/go. What other fittings where you trying to put them into?

“It is not very convenient that invoicing is only done once a week and i have to wait for an invoice. Also when i called to get a copy the person i spoke to advised me that it is with our accounts people and i needed to speak to them rather than just sending me a copy.”

Our invoices are sent out as soon as the goods are despatched so you should receive it the same day.
