O rdered 15th may,delivery time lapsed no order received,cancelled and all this time no replies to several emails..Now in paypals hands ,Van Meuwen is a disgrace

Ordered plants which arrived two weeks after stated delivery date ... Wrong plants! Rang 'Customer services' (sic) ... No answer. E mailed 'Customer services' (sic) 5 weeks later and several repeated emails going unanswered other than the usual 'blah blah 48 hrs blah blah' I still have the wrong plants and still no answer from VM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> THEY ARE USELESS!

I placed a large order early May the email confirmation stated 24 hour delivery on 2 obelisks and I have still not received them. I’ve now sent 5 emails with no response and no refund. Other items still not arrived. Some arrived in very poor condition.

They stated 21 days for delivery, wrong, it took up to 45/50 days before the plants arrived.

never again late delivery ,and the plants arrived they were in a terrible state,out off thirty plants will be lucky to get fifteen

Anna Craig Responding their offer on 29 January - 30 giant fuchsias+2hanging baskets and fertilizer I paid £17.94 by card and since then I haven't heard from them (promised delivery by the end of April). When I tried to track my order there was a message "we don't have any records about this order". I tried to phone them and after 20 minutes waiting I gave up. What shall I do now?

Bought 5 bare root hellebores. Roots looked healthy, although I won't know until the autumn when shoots should appear whether doing well. Well packaged. Would have been useful if roots were labelled as to variety name, colour or with a photo. Cost could be increased with this extra. Information extremely poor regarding delivery, hence only 3*.

Ordered the 72 plug plants in January for March delivery, unfortunately they never arrived and they would not respond to my calls or my emails . Hopefully I will get my money back through pay pall . Will not be ordering from them again

I ordered plants that were supposed to be dispatched in 2 days but didn't get them for nearer 3 weeks and had to pay the post office postage despite having already paid for delivery. The fertiliser that should have been included was never delivered. This is without doubt the worst service i have ever had from any company. Basically i have been robbed. I have emailed Van Meuwen but not had any reply.

Ordered 72 plug plants with a delivery date of 27 March 2019. No delivery or contact and now 26 April, despite 3 emails and 2 long 2 calls, both ladies promising a supervisor would ring who has not. No apology for no delivery or option to change or cancel order as only a supervisor can do this, not the telephone operators. Absolute shambles at the moment. Do not buy from them.
